it was good.

Pros: So i stayed with my family for 3 nights. It was good and comfortable. location was also good, breakfast was excelent , cleanness was also exceptional!!!! the house keeper was so good. overall it was good, included toiletries

Cons: interior was a little bit old. in the toiletries hotel slippers were not included and i would change that. there were towels provided but i think a bathrobe would be much better. also the breakfast room was a liiitle far from reception.

Good place for a short stay in winter

Pros: Great location very close to Termini, great breakfast, nice room design, very polite staff

Cons: The ventilation in the room was quite poor and it was too stuffy inside. We opened the windows and it was better (although a bit noisy), but it was January so the air was fresh. I am guessing it would be way too hot in the room in summer

Excellent

Pros: At first glance, the hotel might seem a bit dated, but it turned out to be an honest and excellent value-for-money choice. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the breakfast was high-quality with great products. The staff was incredibly polite and professional. Location-wise, it’s perfect—right next to the central station in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: Location is great as it is only a few minutes from the train station. Staff are friendly and hotel is clean.

Cons: There are no kettles in the room and you need to go to reception for boiling water. Cold AC was not available and we had to open windows as it was too hot. Windows had no nets so mosquitoes came in. Bathroom extractor was not working and 2 out of 3 lightbulbs were not working either.

Pleasant!

Pros: Very conveniently located, just a short walk from Termini Station, with easy access to most major tourist attractions. The breakfast was very good and fully met my needs. Reception is 24h, which helped me to check in late.

Cons: Nothing really. The only minor issue was that the bathroom window was stuck and couldn’t be opened.
