Amazing place: perfect location

Pros: Amazing location right next to Termini so easy to walk round Rome and explore. The staff couldn't do more to help and were consistently charming. The rooms are quiet. spacious and comfortable and the shower was amazing. However, the breakfast was a highlight; so much choice and all delicious! The Rooftop bar wasn't open when we were there but we did go to up to catch the most beautiful sunset over Rome - spectacular. We hope we get to come back! Thank you too everyone for such a memorable stay.

I was worried about booking this hotel because of some negative reviews but is turned out great

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and helpful and took good care of us, so staying in a big hotel wasn't a disadvantage; on the contrary, it was comfortable, and I didn't feel anonymous. The room was spacious and quiet when the windows were closed. For this level, compared to what you pay in Rome, the price was very reasonable.

Cons: I can always find something to complain about, but nothing in this hotel bothered me or caused me any disappointment.

Wonderful stay. So far so good!

Pros: Very convenient and lively location — close to supermarkets, mini-marts, and a wide variety of restaurants. The hotel is near Rome Termini, offering easy access by bus and metro to different parts of the city. All the staff we encountered — from the front office and housekeeping to concierge and security — were helpful and friendly. A delightful additional two-night stay!

Cons: Instead of only 1, perhaps 2 bottles of water per day would be nice. Cotton buds and shower caps could be added to toilet amenities.

Excellent hotel if you don’t mind the location

Pros: Staff members are very helpful. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable rooms.

Cons: The location is just across the main train terminal but little far from attractions. You can’t walk to many of the touristic places.

Looking forward to an extraordinary stay

Pros: The check-in process took a little longer than we had anticipated. That said, Alessandro, who assisted us, remained calm, courteous, and professional during a busy period of arrivals and room allocations. A note of appreciation as well to Mr Walid Montaser, the front office manager for his support during check-in. We look forward to seeing how the rest of our seven-night stay unfolds. The hotel’s motto of ‘extraordinary’ was reflected in the bellhops team - from a distance when our MPV could not pull up directly to the main lobby, a team of three bellhops promptly came out to assist us with our luggage from the walkway which we appreciated. The young men were very helpful, efficient, and polite, especially the young man who brought our luggage to our room.

Cons: If there were arrival issues, they were promptly resolved.
