Pros: Very spacious apartment and great for a big family stay. The host is also very nice.

Nice place, value for money

Pros: The house is located in a very nice area and everything you need is around (coffee shop, restaurants, pharmacy, super market, metro and bus station). We are two families with 4 children and the place is very spacious and comfortable and at the same time everyone had privacy in our rooms. If we ever return to Rome we will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very spacious, it is as advertised. My kid can run around and play in the very spacious living room Very good location. The host is very accomodating. Facilities are good for an apartment.

Cons: Probably a kettle for ease of boling water but not really necessary as we boiled water using the pot.

Pros: The apartment has an excellent location, the host was very supportive. Even though some renovation is required, still the apartment has the soul of Rome, and our stay was a comfirtable and positive experience.

Pros: The staff was very attentive. They answered every question very fast and even made suggestions for restaurants, public transport, activities... Also, the apartment was very clean when we arrived and extremely comfortable. Moreover, even though it was a bit far away from the city centre, the public transport was very easy to take, with metro, train and bus stops 5 minutes away. I highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: Host is absolutely amazing! Check-in is completely hassle-free. We received very detailed instructions. The apartment needs restoring, but for the price and location we had no complaints. The sofa in the living room is not very comfortable, but we knew that was the charm of sleeping on fold-out beds. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to book it again 😊

Cons: Very small lift, but obviously it is beyond the host fault. Area is very noisy, especially during night, but closed windows help and air conditioning compense all 😊

Very nice apartment close to Vatican city. Super friendly host.

Pros: Very nice big apartment close to Vatican city. Groceries shop nearby as well as restaurants. Very friendly host who shared all the details and answered all our questions quickly and simply. Keyless entry worked smoothly for self check-in. We only had problem with finding a parking space (eventually we found it), but this is not the fault of the owner and is the general problem in the whole city.

Cons: Finding a parking space when you need it.

Spacious and well located

Pros: The location was excellent, close to amenities and to public transportation. Communication was 💯.

Cons: The apartment could really do with a revamp. But overall, our stay was great.

Pros: Perfect and kind host, who was ready to help and resolved all issues immediately, kitchen equipment is good, Location is perfect for visiting Vatican by foot or Rome center by subway

Cons: Unfortunately the living room can't be used for sleeping as there is no soundproof and very noisy neighbors who were loud during every night ( we had 3 nights)

Pros: The photos are the same as the apartment; the host was friendly and gave us the correct information; I 100% recommend this place.
