Pros: Super accessoriato, pulitissimo, proprietaria simpaticissima e molto attenta al benessere dei suoi ospiti, vicino alla metro , zona tranquilla …insomma super consigliato!!!

Pros: Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro e pasticceria per la colazione. Garage a pagamento a 200 metri dalla struttura. Appartamento ampio, pulito e situato in una zona tranquilla.

Meine Frau, ich und unser befreundetes Ehepaar, haben uns im Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros: Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, man kann fußläufig San Pietro, Engelsburg ca. in 15 min. erreichen. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es 2 Supermärkte - sowohl einen Penny, wie auch 'tigre' in dem man alles notwendige bekommt, falls man im Appartement selbst etwas kochen will. Auch einige Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Auch die Metro-Station: Cipro (Linea A) war von unserem Appartement zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. (ca. 8 min)
Cons: Eine 'normale' Kaffeemaschine (mit Filtertüten) wäre für uns (weil 4 Personen) besser gewesen, damit man für alle gleichzeitg Kaffee hätte kochen können. Es ging aber auch mit den klassischen Herdkannen (Espressokanne, italienisch Caffettiera oder häufiger Moka, ist ein Gerät zur Zubereitung von Kaffee auf einem Kochherd), wovon es eine kleine und eine größere Espressokanne im kleinen Küchenbereich gab, die dann auf dem Gasherd für die Kaffeezubereitung genommen wurde. So konnten halt nur 2 Personen gleichzeitig einen Kaffee trinken ... die mehrfache Zubereitung weiterer Tassen war halt ein wenig zeitaufwendig.

A comfortable, convenient taste of Rome
Pros: The apartment worked well for our family. We liked the neighborhood and being away from the hustle and bustle of Rome tourist areas, which were all easy to reach via metro or even walking a bit extra. There was everything we needed to have home cooked meals and having a washing machine for clothes was handy for an extended stay. Vania was attentive and helpful, and she clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We loved being in a neighborhood with great cafes, nice restaurants, supermarkets, and the like.
Cons: There is no dishwasher or clothes dryer. The apartment is ground level, so we kept windows closed and shuttered. The kitchen cooking area is quite compact, but we managed. These are all nits. We would definitely stay there again on a return to the eternal and wonderful city of Rome!

We will confidently refer friends to this property, as well as book this property for future visits.
Pros: We were looking for a location near Vatican City. This was very convenient for the metro and for walking. The building and our apartment were very well maintained in a pleasant residential area. Our host, Vania was wonderful. She went above and beyond. We had an issue with transportation out of Rome. Late on a Saturday evening she helped facilitate our next day departure.

Pros: Appartamento con due camere da letto e due bagni con piccolo angolo cottura apparentemente ben attrezzato, noi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Propietaria molto gentile. Posizione silenziosa e comoda vicino alla metro. Nelle vicinanze supermarket , pasticceria , farmacia e vari locali.
Cons: il divano a letto della seconda camera, la mancanza di un riassetto giornaliero

Все для комфортного проживання, дуже уважний і доброзичливий власник.
Pros: Поряд дитячий майданчик, дуже доброзичлива власниця помешкання, допомогла вирішити нашу проблему, була дуже люб'язна та уважна. В помешканні було все для проживання, навіть настільні ігри для дітей.
Cons: За правилами будинку дитячий візочок не можна було залишати у під'їзді під сходами чи біля дверей в широкому коридорі, охоронець без попередження все виносив на вулицю. Тому доводилось 2 дитячих візочки заносити в помешкання.
