Great value for money if you need to attend events near Rome Cavalieri
Pros: The apartment is spacious, the host was great at communication, and the location is close to Rome Cavalieri, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel. We walked around for 10 minutes in the town to get coffee and lunch, and even walked down the hill to walk around Rome. The bed was comfortable, I liked the firm mattress and the AC was working well.
Cons: The shower needs to be repaired a bit

Pros: Excellent apartment. Everything needed (and more) was there. Antonella was extremely responsive and a wonderful host. The location is a great, quiet area in Balduina.
Cons: The shower is a bit small and it takes a while until you get the right temperature. Internet speed is excellent during the day but a bit iffy in the evenings (I used my cellphone as a hotspot, so I didn't care much about this).

Pros: Great flat in a perfect neighbourhood. Very modern and peaceful. We loved the calm surroundings, balcony, and we slept really well. In the previous reviews its been mentioned that the bed was too hard. We didnt feel it at all and it was perfect for us. The shops were about 10 minutes walk, so its suited us. The bus 913 took us to the city and comes every 10 mins. It was so nice to escape the buzz of the city.
Cons: All was great, but there was no kettle, which was inconvenient. The induction stove took us a while to figure out. No microwave, although the oven was there, so it wasn't an issue. The host was on the phone and available if we had questions, but we felt she was a bit abrupt with us when we locked ourselves in. There was a lock on the inside that was “non-working”, we didn't know about it and used it and it got stuck. The host texted that she cannot help and it's not something we had to use. So we felt she was telling us off a bit, but maybe it's a language thing. Luckily we unlocked ourselves by using force. anyways, if you are staying there- Do Not use the top lock from the inside.

Lovely place in a very quiet neighborhood
Pros: Beautiful flat with lot of light. Very well equipped. Nice balcony surrounded by nature. In a very quiet area a bit outside of central Rome
Cons: The mattress could be a bit more comfortable but that is my personal taste

Pros: La struttura è molto bella, nuova e accogliente. Anche il palazzo in cui si trova. Luminosa, arredata molto bene e anche il quartiere sembrava molto tranquillo.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Rom in einem Appartement, in dem man sich wohlfühlt.
Pros: Schöne Umgebung, auf dem Monte Mario, nicht allzu weit vom Vatikan (knapp 3 km), hohe Decken, schön eingerichtet, sehr angenehmes Appartement, geschmackvoll eingerichtet
Cons: Föhn war kaputt, Decken waren zu warm, was aber auch Gewöhnungssache war. Wegen der Lage auf dem Berg muss man manchmal ein paar Treppen steigen. Lässt sich aber bei geschickter Wahl der Bushaltestelle vermeiden.
