Pros: Transportation and breakfast ,room and hospitality

with the Lepanto underground station a few minutes walk away, one can get anywhere in Rome in a few

Pros: Breakfast was without doubt amongst the best I have ever had in a hotel, the choice was outstanding and fresh every day from fruit to boiled eggs.

Great stay – I would definitely choose it again!

Pros: Everything was perfect – starting with the location (a well-stocked hypermarket nearby), to the beautifully decorated and, most importantly, spacious room. There was plenty of space to unpack comfortably, a large bathroom, and a very comfortable shower. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. There was no problem borrowing wine glasses for the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations, but the variety – including homemade cakes – far exceeded them. The whole place is tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail and guest comfort – even small things like hotel slippers in the room made a difference. A wonderful stay – I highly recommend it to everyone!

Pros: The place is exceptional, very good value for money! It's very clean, very hi tech, it is noticable that a lot of effort and money was invested in order to ensure you will have a great stay. Highly recommend!!

Cons: It is not in the center of Rome, but a short bus drive distance.

Pros: The cakes at breakfast are amazing (my son tried every one at least once!) and thank you for looking after us so well each morning! Communication from Daria was excellent before and during our stay. The location is great. We could walk in to the centre, get the bus round the corner or walk for around ten minutes to the metro.

Pros: Very clean, rooms very spacious, located in a beautiful building in a lovely area, with decent restaurants nearby and close to the metro. Breakfast was ideal, including a generous buffet and coffee and eggs made to order. All delicious. The homemade cakes were a nice touch. Communication with Simona before we arrived was good and v efficient.

It was a very pleasant stay in a very nice location with many options for lunch dinner etc.

Pros: My stay was just perfect. Quiet location yet close to everything, spotlessly clean rooms, breakfast from the movies with delicacies and treats, and the highlight is the beautiful women that run the place, thank you from the bottom of my heart

Pros: Spacious room with a comfortable single bed. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube Clean shower area Away from crowded touristic sights but well connected via buses and metro Lift in the property

Cons: Nothing in particular but breakfast spread could be better

Pros: Location is fab near lepanto Station, quiet yet loads to see and do around the hotel, lovely little park just around the corner as is the food market. Great little shops for last-minute bits. Simona couldn't be more helpful, with suggestions and kindness, breakfast was yummy and kept us going until late afternoon. Great experience, rooms were spacious, clean and there was water on tap...literally. Would highly recommend and I would certainly stay there again, tranquility away from a very bustling city.
