A great place just outside the crowd
Pros: Everything was perfect. Well equiped, very clean, located near the metro. In a quiet district with all you need. Nicola was very helpful and the Check-in/Check-out was super easy.

Pros: Easy to find, and a very comfortable apartment. The owner was very helpful and responsive. They gave us 1-hour early check in and the requested cot was in place. Cafe and some snacks were a nice surprise. When back in Rome, this apartment will be our choice!
Cons: Although accommodation in Rome is costly, the price could be slightly lower.

Excellent!
Pros: The house was exactly as seen in the photos. Very big and ideal for each group. Totally recommended. The area is amazing too and the metro very nearby. Near the house there’s plenty of choice to eat and a small bar to hung out with people from the neighbourhood. Eventhough communication was difficult with the locals the experience was amazing. Pigneto is also on a walk distance. A nice area to hung out and chill out. The host l, Nikolas, was an amazing person very helpful and his language skills was amazing l. He is ready to help you anytime and to show you the Italian hospitality! It was an amazing experience ! Thank you for everything!

Logement idéal pour famille très proche du centre
Pros: Gentillesse de l’hôte Grandes chambres Équipements : machine à laver … Tout le nécessaire sur place : pastilles lave vaisselle, produits d’hygiène .. Beaucoup de rangements Immeuble agréable Quartier tranquille avec toutes les commodités à deux pas Métro à deux min à pieds A quelques stations du Colisée

Apartamento amplio, bien decorado, con muchos detalles, anfitrión muy amable
Pros: Apartamento de dos habitaciones. La habitación principal grande, con cama grande y colchón cómodo. Con un armario amplio y una terracita. La segunda habitación pequeña, con literas, y un pequeño balcón. La cocina con bastante menaje con microondas, tostador, hervidor de agua cafetera italiana y de cápsulas. Incluyen mermelada, cápsulas para el café, té. Es todo un detalle y es de agradecer que tenga sal, azúcar, aceite, vinagre, cacao, café molido, servilletas...El baño, con muy buen tamaño, con jabón líquido, gel de baño, champú y suavizante.Toallas perfectas y suaves. El anfitrión muy pendiente de la llegada. Y muy amable. Facilita mucha información de como llegar al alojamiento, donde comer..... Hay supermercado muy cerca, en la misma calle.
Cons: Lo que menos me gustó fue la ubicación del alojamiento. Aunque el metro está muy cerca del piso (3 o 4 minutos) parada Malatesta de la linea C y hay muy pocas estaciones a la parada del Coliseo, al Aeropuerto si se tarda en llegar. Y si coges un taxi, te cobran más de los 55 euros que tienen estipulados, pues se aleja del centro.

Pros: Ottima posizione, tutti i servizi e i trasporti per raggiungere il centro città letteralmente a due passi. L'appartamento è confortevole e ben organizzato, ma a rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno ha senza dubbio contribuito la gentilezza e la grande disponibilità di Nicola che ci ha fornito ogni tipo di informazioni e assistenza utili a rendere la nostra vacanza praticamente perfetta e senza alcuna preoccupazione.

Ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα
Pros: Το διαμέρισμα είναι μεγάλο, άνετο και πολύ προσεγμένο με πολλές παροχές. Καλύτερο από ότι δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες. Πολύ καθαρό και σε ήσυχη γειτονιά που έχει πολλές και καλές επιλογές για φαγητό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός! Nikola σε ευχαριστούμε! Έκανες την διανομή μας πολύ ευχάριστη και νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας!! Εις το επανιδείν!
Cons: Όλα υπέροχα. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό.
