A lovely apartment in a quiet, convenient location

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean ,modern, nicely decorated and had everything we needed including a lovely coffee machine. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and we slept very well. The apartment is within a courtyard and felt very safe and secure. The location is excellent being only a few minutes walk to the metro which takes you to all the main attractions within 15-30 minutes. There are some nice coffee shops and pizza/bakeries nearby. The host was very helpful too and responded to messages quickly. If I came back to Rome I would be very happy to stay here again

Impeccable apartment — Soft mattresses and pillows,

Pros: Cleaning and confort. Impeccable apartment — definitely one of the best we've ever stayed in. Soft mattresses and pillows, hot shower with strong water pressure (the bathtub is a great bonus). Good-sized TV and a comfortable living room sofa. There's no washing machine, but we used a laundromat located about 600 meters from the apartment. Bus stop literally right in front, and the metro is just 200 meters away. The apartment is very quiet, and the neighborhood has great restaurants, cafés, and gelaterias. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Rome.

Pros: The property is located in an extremely convenient location. While being outside of the center proper, it’s located close to the Re di Roma subway station, from which you can comfortably get to the major Roman attractions in about 20/30 min. Gianluca is extremely attentive. We wanted to use the washing machine, but ran into a problem and he came that same afternoon to see it fixed. The recommendations provided by the host were exceptional. The apartment was warm, clean and spacious for four people.

Intensive, and full of experience stay

Pros: Great location, right next to the Re di Roma metro station, ultra-clean apartment, equipped with everything you need, especially a lot of cooking equipment. A great solution is a double bathroom, it was very comfortable for 5 people. If I have the opportunity to return to Rome, I would choose the same place.

Pros: Excellent accomodation, the pictures and description of the appartment are exactly as they are in reality. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of food opportunities, easy to access to the metro in 2 min. The flat looks to inner courtyard, so there is full silence. The host, Gianluca, is easily approachable and always helps when you need.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and clean,very close to metro,shops and restaurant.We were 6 adults and we fit there perfectly.Gianluca was very nice host,,easy and fast comunication, helped us with a taxi for 6 persons from/to the airport which was great . We had a great time and I definitly recomend this apartment.
