King's House - San Giovanni/Re di Roma

Pros: The place is good and clean, and the location is strategic. Transportation, restaurants and shops are close by. The neighbors were kind and helpful. I loved the place and my children want to come back again.

Pros: Location was excellent, sat between 2 metro lines, both within 5-10min walk. Easy to travel. Host was excellent, really good communication and very helpful. Couldn't be happier. Getting into the property was seamless done via Vikey. You are asked to complete a form with ID data for all guests and then you get a link where you use a website to unlock the door remotely. First time using this system whilst travelling, loved the system. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped with everything you need. We were a family of 5 adults and one child. TV was great, Wifi was strong and quick, 2 x bathrooms. We had plenty of space and amazing beds. Not a negative but please bear in mind the second bathroom is tiny. Didn't bother us but something to be mindful if in big groups.

Great place to stay for a short break in Rome.

Pros: Lovely stay and close to transport links and shops. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything you could need.

Cons: Nothing negative to write really. The second (smaller toilet) has a shower that does not work, but considering we weren't expecting there to be an additional shower, it was not an issue. The living room area does not have air conditioning, so can get very warm during the peak of summer, but considering we were out all day every day, this was not an issue. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Great Host. Great Location. Great Price.

Pros: Great location and perfect for a group for 4-6. Incredibly easy to catch one bus to any attraction nearby. The host Gaspare was very responsive and was nice enough to let us check in early and gave us suggestions on nearby restaurants which were all great.

Cons: There is not a large amount of space but it was enough for our group of 6 young men and for the price it’s great.

I really recommend this apartment.

Pros: Quick and useful answers for my questions. Just simply ask him. This apartment close to city. Ideally for families or friends. Beach is only 1,5 euros for the trip. You can find everything in the kitchen. In the future I can stay here again and again.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Perfect Relaxing stay

Pros: Location was close to the re di Roma metro station. The house is near perfect for a stay with family. The host was amazing supporting with every questions and requests. Will definitely stay again for the next visit too.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Very good overall, some improvements needed

Pros: Digital key worked ok on all devices. Quiet building and neighborhood. Well located. Near metro/bus stations. Near supermarkets and other few shops. Large and well equipped kitchen. Well equipped bathroom and bedrooms. Helpful assistance from hosts for an issue with the kitchen window (not sure if they fixed it but they helped promptly). They also provided us extra coffee capsules and a cleaning mop when asked! All interactions where remote (chatting/email) and professional. All assistance was provided after asking us on a time we would be out.

Cons: We didn't manage to have the digital keys on time and ended up waiting outside of the building since it required extensive information input from our part and we had to wait for the host approval of this information to be able to access the building and I wasn't aware this would take so much time so I did it on arrival day, i.e. if you use such systems \

Pros: Gestore sempre reperibile e disponibile a rispondere alle domande ed alle richieste. Chiave apribile da remoto comoda e posizione strategica per la fermata della metro.

Pros: - dobra lokalizacja względem atrakcji: blisko przystanek autobusowy i na metro, sklep z biletami, sklepy spożywcze - pomocny właściciel, dobry kontakt z wynajmującym - czysta pościel i ręczniki - dostępność ekspresu do kawy, suszarki do włosów i żelazka - rozsuwany stół

Cons: - brak zmywarki - jedna łazienka bardzo mała - słabo spływająca woda z prysznica i kiepski mop - brak czystej gąbki do naczyń - dla większej ilości osób (my byliśmy w 6) mogłoby być więcej kubków i kieliszków
