If we ever decide to return to Rome, we will definitely choose this apartment again! Molte grazie!
Pros: First of all, we would like to note that the host was extremely polite and helpful. Michele responded immediately to our messages and assisted with transport, local deliveries, shops, the best beaches, and more. The apartment was clean, cozy, and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and there were two TVs where you could watch whatever you wanted. The apartment also included various free welcome snacks, first aid supplies, umbrellas, and bathroom items such as a fan, curling iron, cotton swabs, and sponges. The location was amazing, with a bus stop just a 1-minute walk away, allowing easy travel to every part of Rome.
Cons: A bit dark, and the flat could use some minor cosmetic touch-ups.

Amazing Apartment & Excellent Host
Pros: This is was our best stay in 4 different cities in Italy. It was EXCEPTIONAL First of all the host is incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. Not only did he provide us with super clear instructions for our check in, he also provided us with PDFs speecially made to make our stay very easy (providing all the details needed for transportation and all the shops that we need in the area). The apartment itself is very nice (even better than the photos) .. beds are very comfy, bathroom is very nice and it has an amazing little balcony. It also has all needed amenities including espresso machine. 2 Bus Stops (1 minute walk & 3 minutes walk) that take you every where in Rome. It's an excellent apartment and we would surly recommend it to anyone going there.

Perfect
Pros: We really like it because the place is cosy and clean, everything we need is in the apartment. Comfortable bed, clean and complete bathroom (there is a hair dryer and hairstraightener), the kitchen and kitchen utensils are working well. Everything is so perfect. It's a pity that we spend a lot of our time travelling around Rome instead of staying in the apartment. The owner of the apartment (Michele) is also very fast responsive and very friendly. The photo posted on the App is in accordance with the reality.

Great stay for couple of days to see Rome
Pros: Very nice stay to see Rome, clost to tram and bus stops. AC in every room, quite spacious for 2 people. Fridge and small kitchen are definitely a plus. Comfortable bed and balcony :)
Cons: Shower cabin was leaking a bit

Wonderful stay, cozy and relaxed, just like the name of the property suggests.
Pros: Everything about this property is exactly as described: comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities, excellent transport links to the centre of Rome, and a nice area for dining away from the crowded streets of central Rome. We really loved our stay and would come back to this place any time we are in Rome again. Michele is a fantastic host, always helpful with useful tips and advice. Grazie!
Cons: Everything about the place was excellent, so there is nothing to report here. Highly recommended apartment!

Pros: The apartmant was clean, comforable for 3 people. Neigborhood is quite, the city center appr. 30 minutes by bus. The owner is very kind and helpful. I recomend this place if you want to stay in Rome

Pros: We were amazed by how clean the appartment was. The owners were very helpful and kind 🙂 The masterbed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The apartment is in a very good location and it is very specious. We really love it!
Cons: We should spend here more time !
