Wonderful Charismatic Apartment in Excellent Location

Pros: Antonio & Alepizzi were excellent hosts from the first round of communications onwards. The very central location is superb as one can walk to most every place you will want to visit. Lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars & unique shops all around. The apartment itself is very quiet & actually became our ‘sanctuary’ from the bustle of Rome’s rainy winter days. The colourful & charismatic flat is also nicely appointed with natural wood ceiling, doors & cabinets throughout, with its keeping of an authentic Italian interior, not destroyed by any ‘modern’ tasteless renovation. Beds are very comfortable & bathrooms super nice as well. The space is a wonderful place to be.

Cons: The front main entrance area of the building could be better organised.

Great stay for a Rome city break and would highly recommend.

Pros: - Really comfortable beds. - Great air-con in both rooms. - Despite being in the middle of a busy area (great location!) the apartment itself was really quiet. - Powerful and hot shower. - Alessandro came to meet us and was really helpful, giving great food recommendations too.

Pros: Fantastic location within walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. The host was very kind and flexible with both early check-in and check-out, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons: The only real downside is that the apartment can be quite noisy in the front bedroom and living room due to the central location. The kitchen was missing a few small basics like a dishcloth. Also, some minor maintenance would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, these were small details and didn’t take away from the positive experience.

Pros: Great location, good size, two en suites was a bonus, and very helpful person who we met on arrival.

Cons: The living room is a little dark - but that's probably a bonus in the height of summer.

Great location

Pros: The location is fabulous. Easy walk to Trevi fountain and Pantheon but being tucked in a side street made it very quiet and safe. Colosseum and Vatican a bit further but still walkable. Very stylish, comfortable apartment with everything we needed and great communication regarding check in.

Cons: A few things needed attention like toilet roll holder that kept falling off the wall, but nothing serious.

Pros: Really nice place, clean and you can find there everything you need (towels, hair dryer, coffee, etc). That every room has a separate bathroom is very comfortable. The localization is perfect, few minutes walk to every important place in the city. Can really recommend it.

Cons: Near the place are some pubs, so it is a little loud during the evenings (but only to hear in 1 bedroom).

Central gem in Rome

Pros: We loved it from the very first moment we stepped in! Great location if you’re looking to explore local dining spots, it’s also perfect for sightseeing in fact it’s right in the city center so we could walk everywhere. The rooms décor was modern and stylish, loved the calming colours and textures. Beds were super comfy and the rooms were spotless and so quiet. The apartment came with fully equipped kitchen. We were greeted upon arrival by the host who was super friendly and attentive making our stay truly enjoyable.
