Monolocale Urban House Marconi

Pros: Great apartment on the second floor, stairs or a lift to access. Great lay out of the property and lots of room. Exactly like the photos. The host met us on the day of arrival and handed us the keys. He was contactable if needed, super helpful. Used ubers to get to Rome city centre :) very happy with our stay

Pros: Accogliente, pulito, ben riscaldato. Bagno spazioso e funzionale. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Cons: Niente

Pros: Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Sprawnie i szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości. Bardzo dziękujemy za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania sie. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Raczej dla dwóch osób ( trzecia może ewentualnie spać na pryczy). Spokojna okolica. Okna na podwórze, ale dzięki temu w apartamencie jest cicho.

Cons: Nie są to wady, ale: Duże łóżko trochę skrzypi :-) Brak czajnika w kuchni - wodę grzaliśmy w garnku.

Wiederholungsgefahr , sehr hoch :)

Pros: Der Vermieter war immer gut Erreichbar , er gab uns Tips wie wir die Wohnung erreichen und war pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe da. Die Wohnung liegt mit Blick auf den Hinterhof eines Mehrstöckigen Hauses sehr ruhig und trotzdem gut gelegen südlich der Innenstadt , Das Haus hatte einen Lift :) Es sind nur etwa 5 Gehminuten bis zur nächsten Haltestelle , mit der Uber App kann man sehr gut den Nahverkehr planen ...... unser Tip Buslinie 170 (Richtung Norden ) nehmen und man kommt ohne Umsteigen ins Zentrum von Rom ( zb.: Piazza Venezia ) von da aus sind es nur paar Minuten bis zb: Trevi Brunnen

Pros: Nagyon szép,tiszta,új apartman,40-50 perc busszal Termini állomástól.Csendes és tiszta a lépcsőház,lift van.

Cons: Az ágy nekünk kényelmetlen volt,túl puha a matrac,de mi kemény matracot szeretjük.De ez nem változtat a véleményünkön!

TOPISSIME

Pros: La communication avec Luca a été fluide et bienveillante. Il a été vraiment disponible et a su être rassurant, mais également très réactif. L'appartement était vraiment très confortable, notamment le matelas du lit-un vrai nuage de bien être. Un grand bravo à Luca pour son accueil (tardif à cause du retard de notre avion) Et un grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse.

Cons: Le fait de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les moustiquaires des fenêtres. Mais ce n'est pas grand chose. Sinon tout au top!

Nagyon tetszett minden

Pros: Luca nagyon kedves, rugalmas és segítőkész volt. A szállás jó helyen van, éjszaka csendes, jót pihentünk az egész napos városnézés után. Az ágyak kényelmesek, szép tisztaság volt.

Cons: Egy kis apróság: A zuhanyzóból hiányzott egy kis polc, ahova a tusfürdőt lehetne rakni.

Pros: Un apartamento bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para tu estancia La cama era cómoda y la zona muy tranquila Especial mención al anfitrión Luca muy amable y me ayudó en todo lo necesario en mi estancia con recomendaciones y buena atención Recomiendo

Bella casa in un quartiere molto tranquillo.

Pros: Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione della casa è molto buona, vicina a Viale Marconi e alla stazione di Trastevere dalla quale si raggiunge facilmente i punti di interesse di Roma.

Cons: Il materasso un po' scomodo.
