Apartment that feels like home

Pros: Me and my mum stayed in this apartment for one week and it was the best apartment where we ever stayed. The host was extremely hospitable and gave us welcoming drinks and was always helping us with anything that we needed. She recommended us a lot of things what to do in Rome and the whole apartment felt like home for us.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Simona was incredibly attentive and took care of every detail, ensuring a smooth check-in process even though we arrived late at night. Although we didn't get to meet Simona in person, her thoughtful touches like breakfast, snacks and a bottle of Prosecco made us feel very welcomed! We also got a lot of great tips for sightseeing in Rome, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is perfect for four people, with two separate rooms and a lovely terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast. It is very clean and well-equipped with everything you might need, from toothbrushes and chargers to coffee, tea and even a laundry machine. The location is also great, with easy access to the city centre via a tram station just a 5-minute walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome! <3

Pros: Simona was a perfect and considerate hostess. Here are my opinions on why one should rent her apartment: 1. Apartment was clean and Simona was thoughtful enough to provide snacks. 2. The area is pretty safe even if one comes back late. 3. Apartment was off the beaten track but quiet in the evening as one does need the peace after a day out in Rome. 4. Transportation was easy once you get the know how. 5. Just 3 tram stops away from hip area Trastevere.

Cons: Even though the rooms are perfectly equipped, some place to store your luggage or hang your clothes would be helpful

Pros: It was the best accommodation we have ever had and we travel a lot. My family was really satisfied. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Simona is very, very kind, she made sure everything was ok and she helped us with everything - transport in Rome, restaurants, what to see, where to go. She prepared everything - phone chargers, tea, coffee, sugar, toothpaste and toothbrushes, biscuits, chocolate, easter bread and easter chocolate for our children and prosecco (great surprise for me and my husband - anniversary). There was really everything. We recommend it, it was absolutely perfect.

Pros: It is one of the best apartments we have stayed in and we travel a lot! The host is the kindest, she makes sure everything is perfect and also is always ready to help. We recommend it, you should definitely stay here if you go to Rome!

Absolutely Incredible!

Pros: If I could rate this 100/10 I would. Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations by miles. The location, the owner, the facilities, the attention to detail. Just wow!!! As a frequent traveler I do about 4-5 trips a month. This has been by far my most favourite accommodation spot. We will be back for sure.

Pros: Das Apartment ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wunderbar wohl fühlt. W-LAN, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und allerlei kleine nützliche Dinge (Zahnpasta, diverse Cremes und Badezusätze, Waschmittel, Öl…) sind vorhanden. Die große Terrasse mit großem Sonnenschirm und bunten Lämpchen ist ein Highlight. Zur Begrüßung stellt Simona sogar eine Flasche Spritz, Brot, Marmelade, Saft, Milch und Kaffee zur Verfügung, damit man nach der Anreise nicht direkt wieder losziehen muss um einzukaufen 🤗. Simona ist einfach wunderbar! Sie hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Rom versorgt und sich zwischendurch immer wieder mal erkundigt, ob sie uns mit irgendetwas unterstützen könnte. Ihre Restaurant Tipps sind klasse! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, ist aber super an den ÖPNV angeschlossen, sodass man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum ist. Ein kleiner Markt und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Pros: Everything was perfect. I stayed 1 week and it was amazing. There was plenty of everything in the house. There were plenty of items we could use. The house was clean. I felt very warm from the moment I entered the house. The welcome you received from the host as soon as you put on the snacks and gifts was lovely. It had a beautiful veranda and from the moment I entered the house I felt like I was at home.

Pros: Simona es una excelente anfitriona. Por empezar nos esperó para el check-in. Nos dejó un paquete de bienvenida enorme, además de recomendaciones muy útiles, y estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros pendiente de si necesitábamos algo. La casa es pequeña, pero muy cómoda y excelentemente bien equipada, con muchos detalles útiles provistos por ella. Si bien no queda cerca del centro histórico, está muy bien conectada por el tranvía y por varias líneas de bus. En resumen, excelente todo. Nuevamente, gracias Simona!

Pros: Pobyt w apartamencie Simony był wspaniały od początku do końca. Lokalizacja jest idealna – blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Rzymu, a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy. Apartament jest bardzo czysty, zadbany i wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne, aby poczuć się jak w domu. Klimatyzacja działa perfekcyjnie, co było ogromnym atutem w letnie dni. Pani Simona jest niezwykle serdeczna, pomocna i dba o każdy szczegół pobytu swoich gości. Czuliśmy się tu mile widziani i otoczeni prawdziwą włoską gościnnością. Z całego serca polecamy ten obiekt i z przyjemnością wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Rzymie.

Cons: Wszystko było w porządku, jedyną drobną uwagą może być stabilność Wi-Fi – momentami sygnał był słabszy. Nie przeszkodziło to jednak w ogólnym, bardzo pozytywnym odbiorze pobytu.
