perfect holiday perfect place to stay plenty of places to visit and eat.

Pros: The Apartment was great, clean, cosy, all we needed to do was buy food as it had a gas hob and oven, so we could make our own meals, it was just around the corner from taxis, buses and trams🚋, there was a bottle of prosecco 🥂 and some sweet treats for us as well as coffee and tea the apartment was very well equiped we could not fault it, communication was throgh sms or WhatsApp to gain access to the apartment.

Cons: It was perfect, the host even gave us a gift of a book all about Italy.

Great place

Pros: Our host was very lovely! The house was clean and located near the tram station, so you can go to city center in 20 minutes. We had everything at home to spend one week vacation in Rome, it had washing machine, air conditioner, little kitchen with free coffee and snacks too! If I come to Rome again, I will definitely stay here again.

Great property and host in Rome

Pros: We had a great host! The apartment is nice and comfortable and very well equiped. We appreciated very much breakfast goods, coffee and tea. It was very good that the host left for us umbrellas. They were very helpful during bad weather. And at the end she helped us at once when we had electricity problems.

Cons: The single minus we found about this property was the location which is far from city centre that can be reached only by bus. It can reached by metro too but from another stations.

Pros: Everything was great and easy, Guest house owner are very helpfull and made our stay very pleasent. Transport is very near, just around the corner, conditioner worked great, we had welcoming gifts. Guest house owner helped us to find taxi driver and answered our questions. We had video about how to entered in guest house, so it was super easy. Realy satisfied.

Cons: The boiler is small and there is not enough hot water if you are all three going on a row for shower.

A very convenient stay in a great area

Pros: The apartment was very close to the Gianicolense Ravizza and the hosts very kindly let us store luggage there before checking in. The beds were lovely and it was an easy place to relax.

Cons: We liked everything.

Excellent Appartmento

Pros: Sofia is an excellent host. When she saw, from our passport details, that we are not a young couple, she arranged for her parents to collect us from the airport and bring us to the apartment. They were lovely and refused to take any payment! It was a great start to our holiday and they showed us the tram stop etc. The location is great, the no. 8 tram goes to Piazza Venetsia, which is a very central hub.

Cons: We found nothing to dislike.

Pros: Nice and cosy, quick access to town centre via bus or tram. Lots of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood.

We had the most amazing stay in Rome. The apartment is very cute, fully-equipped and clean.

Pros: Everything was perfect. We loved our weekly stay at Apartamento. Lovely, fully-equipped apartment, comfortable, very clean and new. Bed was comfortable and good size, kitchen had everything: microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all staff. Massimo was really helpful and totally nice. The house was quiet and pleasant. No street sounds. Location was exceptionally good, close to transport and main sites of Rome. Very close to the train station, from which we comfortably reached the Fiumicino Airport. We recommend staying here.
