Comfortable

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is suitable for a family with children. It is close to the subway. The hosts are friendly.

Pros: The place was great. The location was amazing, close to everything but not in the extremely busy part. It felt authentic. Check in was easy, the terrace was the highlight and air conditioning worked well for the hot Italian summer.

Cons: The bed was quite hard. Whilst I managed to sleep on it, it is very hard even for me who likes firm beds.

this is a great apartment with a terrace, all conveniences and nice location. loved it.

Pros: we absolutely loved the terrace. the location is also great as you can reach almost any site rather fast, but it feels more homey than the city centre.

Cons: there was nowhere to put your stuff in the shower. but it's not such a big deal.

Pros: very nice and modern apartment with a beautiful terrace. When we had a problem with the electricity, the host solved it very quickly. Dishwasher and washing machine are a definite plus.

Cons: There is very little cutlery and crockery in the kitchen, which makes self-catering a bit challenging.

Pros: Квартира находится в 3 минутах от станции Ре Ди Рома. В очень спокойном районе, что кажется редкостью для меня в Риме. Как по мне лучше быть в спокойном ройоне чем в центре с бомжами под окнами как написано почти во отзывах отелей в Риме. Квартира чистая и со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями.есть терраса где можно посидеть.

Pros: Tutto perfetto: ottima posizione, gestori/proprietari disponibili, istruzioni chiare, buona pulizia, ambiente curato e rilassante, la casa era dotata di tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, utensili da cucina, bollitore e macchina del caffè)

Cons: Premesso che andava tutto benissimo, consiglio un materasso un po' più comodo e spesso per il letto.

Pros: 1. blisko stacji metra 2. blisko do sklepów 3. ogrzewanie działało (styczeń) 4. dobre ciśnienie wody w prysznicu 5. taras jest na plus, lecz widok słaby (dachy i kilkadziesiąt anten tv) 6. wymienione patelnia i garnek 7. winda (7. piętro) 8. TV LCD 9. fajne otwieranie drzwi za pomocą komórki

Cons: 1. małe ciśnienie wody w kranach: łazienka i kuchnia 2. długo trzeba czekać aż zacznie lecieć ciepła woda 3. trudno ustawić temperaturę wody we wszystkich kranach - albo ukrop albo zimna 4. bardzo twardy materac w łóżku 5. przydałyby się stoliki nocne przy łóżku

Pros: Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie, położone w dobrej lokalizacji. Duża zaletą było pobliskie metro. Urzekł mnie piękny balkon! Łóżko rzeczywiście niezbyt wygodne. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło bardzo sprawnie. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, który szczegółowo zdalnie poprowadził nas przez cały proces zameldowania oraz polecił pobliskie lokale i sklepy 🫶🏼

Séjour agréable dans un appartement lumineux et très calme.

Pros: Le logement est situé dans une rue très calme et proche des commerces et restaurants, le quartier est agréable à vivre loin de la foule des touristes. L'appartement est confortable, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et la terrasse est vraiment un plus. Le logement comporte également un dressing bien pratique. Tout était d'une propreté irréprochable. Et la climatisation était la bienvenue par ces jours de canicule!

Cons: Les joints de la douche gagneraient à être remplacés. Le lit est un peu dur (matelas très mince). Quartier un peu éloigné des sites de visite (Trastevere, Piazza Navona...) : il est parfois nécessaire de prendre les transports en commun, surtout par grosse chaleur.

Pros: El apartamento es funcional y bonito, decorado con gusto. Tiene una terrraza grande muy muy agradable.
