Pros: Alessandro contacted us in advance to arrange the key handover. In the end, our flight arrived earlier than planned, but it wasn’t a problem—Alessandro kindly sent a friend to meet us and give us the keys. The location was very convenient: about 30 minutes by public transport from Ciampino Airport, with the metro and a bus stop just around the corner. The apartment is in an older building, but the flat itself is really nice and modern.

Very nice neighbourhood and place to stay if you like a quiet and friendly space.
Pros: I liked about the property that everything you would need, like wifi, washing machine, cook-wear and much else, were at out disposal and very convenient. The place is well lit and there is no problem associated with the fact that it is a half basement level. Very nice accommodation, and especially nice bathroom .

Pros: Was near the Re di Roma metro and 5 minutes walk from San giovanni. Hreat location to go anywhere by metro or on foot. Nice renovate apartment and had a mini market across the street and bar/cafeteria next building

Pros: Dotat si utilat ok cu tot ce ai nevoie. Paturi comfortabile.
Cons: Apartamentul este la demisol, ceea ce nu e specificat nicăieri in descriere. Se aeriseste foarte greu si e un miros pregnant de umezeala mai ales in living. Căldură nu prea există, caloriferele nu au fost nicio secunda calde si erau si blocate, astfel încât nu puteau fi setate mai sus de 3.

Nagyon jól felszerelt lakás
Pros: Nagyon szép, tágas volt a lakás, ami mindennel fel volt szerelve. A metró, és a buszmegálló is közel van, könnyen el lehet érni minden fontosabb látnivalót. Tőlünk a maximális pontszámot kapják, mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped.
Cons: The appointment is in the basement and you can't see out the window. There was no detergent for the dishwasher.

Estamos muito satisfeitas.
Pros: O anfitrião foi muito atencioso e solícito, foi muito fácil chegar ao local com a orientação dele e fazer o checkin. O apartamento fica muito pertinho do metrô e de pontos turísticos, então dá para ir à pé para alguns lugares (30min caminhando) e os demais, só entrar no metrô rapidinho. Têm mercados perto do apartamento, então facilita comprar alimentos e afins. O apartamento estava muito limpo, muito bem equipado, organizado, têm uma cama de casal e um sofá cama, o anfitrião deixou um livrinho com instruções e indicações. Viajamos de 3 pessoas e serviu muito bem para nossa finalidade.
Cons: Apenas dois pontos: o primeiro que o apartamento é no subsolo, então a ventilação é bem pouca, quem tem problemas de alergias ou problemas respiratórios pode não ser tão legal. Segundo, comentei com o anfitrião a necessidade de tapetes para o banheiro, pois o chuveiro molha muito o chão que fica escorregadio.

Pros: Очень удобное расположение, метро рядом, комфортная квартира со всеми удобствами ( посуда, кондиционер, блендер, микроволновка, кофе машина, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, телевизор, комфортная большая кровать). Вообщем все для наилучшего пребывания. Наша семья осталась довольна, рекомендую!!!👍🏻
