Expected good, experienced even better :-)

Pros: Nice mix of modern and classic furniture. New bathroom. Large and clean fridge. Quiet at night. Small supermarket with everything for little daily needs opposite the house itself. Good communication with landlord. Safe and clean area. Nespresso coffee machine with matching capsules and litte breakfast items offered by landlord.

Cons: Blinds did not work - if you prefer to sleep very dark (as I do) better bring something with you to assure sleeping well, but this is a very individual requirement :-) If you‘re fine with sleeping with some light from the outside, you‘ll be perfectly fine as it‘s quite and safe. And just to mention (but this is not something to like or dislike): There‘s a very important, but unobtrusive button in the bathroom (it‘s a 1/0) switch - make sure to have it switched on (1) as this heats the water :-) We had cold water (probably we switched if off coincidentally ourselves), and the landlord replied immediately how to solve it.

All in all pretty good!

Pros: It was super cozy and clean, and new! The owner is super friendly. The they r sweet enough to prepare snacks, coffee, chocolate and sparkling water! The area is also safe.

Cons: The heater for shower seems to be electrical not gas. So only two persons had hot water for shower than the third had to do a cold one.

Lyckade trygga och bekväma dagar i Rom !

Pros: Värden var väldigt hjälpsam och det kändes tryggt att hon var där och väntade. Lätt att gå till bussen in till alla sevärdheter! Välsorterad butik rakt över gatan och ett härligt café lite längre bort.
