Pros: The place was amazing, super comfortable and everything we needed was available. Very clean and modern.

It was a nice apartment with great host

Pros: Matteo was very accommodating and responded quickly. Though the apartment is on the 7th floor, there is an old-school elevator so it was very convenient. Spacious rooms and having a washing machine with laundry soap were really convenient. Location is nice since it is away from the busy Centro crowd, and we were able to eat in uncrowded restaurants, with the locals. There were smart tvs too and reliable wifi.

Cons: During our last night of stay, the hot water kind of ran out. So we had to wait for a while for the hot water to come back. The disposable kitchen towel is just enough. There were no shower gels and shampoo, we had to buy from the nearby 24/7 grocery. There was no facial tissue. Location is not in the Centro, so we always had to take bus and taxi. We didn't mind but something to consider.

جميلة ولطيفة ولكن اكبر عيب فيها هو بعد السكن من المدينة و عدم وجود مواقف سيارات قريبة ومجانية

Pros: المضيف لطيف ومتعاون جداً وسريع الاستجابة ويجيد اللغة الانجليزية ، والشقة نظيفة ومرتبة جداً

Cons: - عدم وجود مواقف قريبة ومجانية وتكلفة المواقف القريبة بحدود 25€ لليوم الواحد . - المكان ليس قريب من السنتر . - المبنى والمصعد قديمان ، ولكن لا يوجد فيهما عيوب - عدم وجود غرفة معيشة في الشقة

Pros: L appartamento pulito e anche in ottima posizione ,vicino trovi un supermercato aperto 7 su 7 e 24 su 24.La metro Bologna è a 10 minuti comoda da raggiungere.La zona è tranquilla e lo consiglio a famiglie.

Amazing place to stay! Lots of positives, and we’d love to go there again when back in Rome!

Pros: The decor and the furniture are very modern. The place is super clean and smells good! The balcony is absolutely amazing with a nice view of the city. Very spacious for our family of 5. Matteo and his brother came to take of an issue right away with no delays. Also, it’s very close to Bologna metro station, and busses are around the corner.

Cons: There was no living room, but the bedroom with the balcony is very spacious so it became our common family area.
