Pros: The host was excellent, the communication from first booking was first class, and she was a lovely lady. The accommodation was first class, very clean and an excellent location. I would definitely return and without any hesitation recommend.

Pros: The room has an amazing view of the Colosseum. It's very comfortable and next to the metro station. Laura is always sweet and gave us advice about some restaurants and what to eat. She is very kind and always ready to help.

Pros: The room was beautiful and comfortable and Laura was amazing!! Very helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: Everything was amazing, the only small thing I would say is the tea supplies were a bit limited and no milk which would have been nice. But otherwise faultless!!

Exceptional location!

Pros: You can see the colosseum right outside your window! The location is exceptional. It was easy to find as well. Laura, the manager, was very warm and helpful. She made the property better with her warmth!

Cons: No breakfast options We would have liked at least a little croissant or a small sandwich to start the day

Pros: The location is the reason, and Laura is very helpful and friendly which brings guests a wonderful beginning and living environment is also very safe. Definitely would recommend this to people firstly landing Rome.

Pros: The location was excellent, right across from the Coloseum. The room was very clean and comfortable. I have to say what made our stay exceptional and memorable was the Manager, Laura. She made our stay in Rome so much more enjoyable and memorable. Assisting with places to see, restaurants to eat at. Laura's service did not end when we checked out. She was instrumental in assisting us in obtaining transportation from Sorento to Positano when we missed our stop in Napoli. Thank you once again, Laura, for all you did for us. 🤗🤗❤️❤️

Just 👌 perfect

Pros: It's absolutely faultless. Clean, tidy, and beautiful. Could not get a better location or view. Right next to the colloseum with access to metro and bus service. We enjoyed walking everywhere as each road beholds beauty. We never met the hosts, but communication was brilliant and answered everyone of my texts or calls. Extremely helpful.
