Good apartment, reasonable price, nice host

Pros: The apartment is in good location, close to all the major sights. There are some cafes and bakeries just downstairs, a shopping center nearby. It is really clean, tidy and quite cosy place to stay when You are in an Eternal city. There is everything one can need in the apartment and the host communicates in a friendly manner, takes care that his guests feel comfortable.

Cons: It could be 9 or 10, but unfortunately we got stressed, when didn't get self check in instructions that was promised to send a few days upon arrival at the beginning, and Leo sent it to us just at the very evening before our early morning flight to Rome an just then, when we requested it ourselves, via Booking as well, because we were not be able to contact the host directly at first. The other thing, that was already noticed by french traveler is that all the apartment windows are facing inner walls of the building, so it is quite dark inside, even in the daytime, especially in winter. The socket in the bedroom next to the window didn't work. And what was very annoying to us - is that there is poor mobile connection (Vodafone/illiad) in the apartment, course, Leo has nothing to do with that, but, it's an issue. Overall - thank You, Leo, for hospitality and kindness.

Beautiful apartment with the best host!

Pros: We had a great stay in Rome. The apartment was beautiful, so much nicer than on pictures. It was cosy, warm, ful of details, a home away from home. Kitchen had all you need to prepare meals. Couch bed in living room is very cosy, my kids loved to sleep there. We really had everything we need. And what I need to point out is what a great host Leo is. He send us everything we needed before arrival. Instructions were so simple and clear (my kid was amazed with doors from the building- gold doors with secret code :-) ). Leo evens sent us recomendations for the restaurants that locals love, we tried few of them and they were really great, he also sent us some palces to see in Rome which are not on standard tourist maps. Thank you Leo! If we come back to Rome we will for sure stay at your place and recommend it to all our friends.

Pros: The cleanliness and the attention to detail was impeccable. The location was perfect and very safe. Leo and his mom both were great. Just avoid expecting late check outs as it does take time to clean the space.

Cons: Nothing. Just be careful with the lift size and the instructions for opening the doors.

Pros: The property was very clean and very well appointed. Perfect for a few days stay in Rome. We are a family of 4 with two boys and there was enough room for everyone. Spacious and clean bathroom.

Cons: Nothing. We thought it was a lovely quaint property in the heart of Rome.

Pros: The property had an excellent location, it was clean and beautifully presented. It was roomy and as a family of 4 (with two teenagers) we felt we could spread out a little. There was a supermarket close by too. There was a lift which was made luggage lugging so much easier. There was helpful information about hidden gems and local eateries. A particularly big thank you to Leo who suggested a couple of things when I inquired. It was my daughter’s birthday one night and we went to a restaurant he suggested, it was perfect and she was made to feel special when they put a candle on her gorgeous dessert!

Cons: A toaster would have been handy, but minor inconvenience.

Great stay, friendly host

Pros: Very nice host and accomodation, everything new and clean and well organised so that we feel comfortable and have everything we need.

Cons: Everything was great but if I have to choose I would say the shower head needs changing as water is pouring sideways and also maybe fluffier pillows. But this is so insignifiant, overall the apartament is very nice.

Pros: Tot molt net i acollidor, amb el necessari per tenir una bona estada. A prop de supers, restaurants, cafeteries i a 5 minutets d'una estació de taxi. L'amfitrió atent en tot moment.

Pros: Ottimo appartamento , vicino alla stazione e al centro . Pulito e spazioso . Ottimo anche il bagno con una doccia spaziosa . Lo consiglio sia per coppia che con bambini .
