Great location for someone who wants to see as much of Rome as possible.

Pros: Amazing location, about 10mins walk from Colosseum, around the same the other way to Termini station and about 5mins to the nearest metro station. For anyone who's up for it about 75% of the attractions and monuments in the city are within about 30-40 mins walking distance. The host provided us with some snacks, juices and coffee and also shared some recommendations. There is a grocery store in the same building and a very good snack bar nearby with dirt cheap and tasty coffee.

Cons: Apartment has the same drawbacks as any typical European apartment that is tens if not a hundred years old in any big city. Low water pressure, tiny elevator, heavy doors without much noise insulation. Everything works and is functional. It's just not the most comfy. Didn't make much difference to our group as we visited Rome to see the city and only used the apartment to sleep and shower.

Pros: Excellent location with everything we needed within walking distance as well as some attractions as well. The host was very kind and the apartment is comfortable and warm. Very happy for our choise.

Comfortable Stay at a good location with Excellent Host Support

Pros: I had a lovely stay at Arion Holiday Home in Italy. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was properly managed, and the host’s response was incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. The location was also a big plus — the bus stop is right below the property, and the metro is just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Pros: The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect — everything we needed was just a short walk away. There were markets, restaurants, shopping areas, and bus stations all conveniently nearby, making it very easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. They were always available to help and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Cons: No lounge , just a tiny kitchen - not the best to chill with family ! Even to take your breakfast all together is a challenge…

Cons: Numerous signs literally in every room about silent hour from 20:00 - 08:00. We were not going to be noisy anyway, but it made us anxious.

Pros: Well located, in a quiet building and neighborhood. Easy to get to city center and top atractions by foot or by subway/bus. Very clean, with all the facilities we needed.

Cons: You need to pay attention to check in hours. If you have a late flight, is stresseful to reach within a reasonable limit, as the flight might delay. We had understanding from the location as we arrived one hour after the last checkin time, but still, for us the flight unpredictibility created a stress.

Pros: The apartment is located in walking distance from Termini train station and 10 minutes walk from Colosseum. Also metro station is near by. The apartment is large, clean, with a great view. Grocery shop and a couple of cafes and restaurants are just downstairs. And hosts were very helpful adapting check in and out times. Perfect stay in Rome.

Super stay for family or friends, with a lot of space and friendly hosts.

Pros: Plenty space, all the necessary appliances, a lot of daylight. Super friendly hosts Fatimah and Mosen who cared for our comfort. Supermarket under the apartment, where you can buy anything family may need. Great location.
