A must if wanting to be near colosseum

Pros: Everything!!! This is a TOP OF THE LIST BOOKING!! A must if you want to be 30s away from colosseum

Pros: Great staff and good location. My friend and I went during new year and the staffs make an exceptional to allow all guests to watch the fire work on the terrace during new year eve. Best firework experience ever. All staffs are nice and kind and special thanks to Slivia, she makes sure everything goes well everyday and very responsive to all questions. The location for the hotel is very good, really close to the colosseum metro, you don’t need to drag your luggage all around Rome.

Absolutely amazing, can’t wait to come back to Rome!

Pros: The staff at the property are so kind and helpful, from the minute we booked they were in contact helping with airport transfers, tours and recommendations. And once we were at the hotel, they continued to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best. The room itself was lovely, it was very clean and bright. The bathroom was also lovely. Toiletries were provided, as well as water each day. From the room, you can see a view of the colosseum. It’s a great central location to get to all of the big attractions in Rome and we were able to see everything by walking.

Wonderful memories of the real Rome

Pros: It’s location was wonderful. Right by the Colosseum , beautiful place ld building with modern amenities. Facilities and decor. Very helpful staff. Small bijoux guest house. Great cafes and bars on the doorstep. Views from rooftop terrace exceptional

Cons: Unfortunately the lift was broken and it is on several floors up. However the staff were there straight away to take bags up and down. An offer of moving us if we preferred and an acceptable refund amount was given initiated by them
