I would rent this apartment again if they guaranted hot water on showers next time : )

Pros: The apartment is near to almost everything!!, to restaurants, cafe, foodstores, local meat and fish market, farmacies, clothing and electronics supplies, tourist shop, fastfood and laundry facilities, Metro and bus station and also cinema is near Even the Vatican is a 5 min minutes walk-away. The apartment is near main street but placed on a sidewalk in a quiet place. A well spacious apartment can host up to 8 people, it has 2 bathrooms, two aircon and good Wifi and a Tv with streaming availability. Good beds and furniture. High ceiling and good lights at the rooms.

Cons: It lacked hot water, so showering was done in a hurry because frezing cold water. Told them 2 times that it was no hot water, the first time they fixed hot water, but the second time when it got cold again, we got no respons, so on the third day and on our last day on departure, the water was still cold on shower. Have to take a shower when walking on the streets on a very hot summer. No washing machine and only 1 spare of keys to the doors.

Pros: ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa in pieno centro accanto a Cittá del vaticano ed a pochi passi dalla metro. Con circa 2 fermate si arriva a Piazza di Spagna e tutte le attrazioni di Roma. Vicino alla casa c’è tutto, negozi, supermercati e bar. Staff gentilissimo, non andava l’acqua calda, abbiamo chiamato il personale e ci ha mandato subito un idraulico per aggiustarla.

Cons: La casa non ha porte( tranne i bagni) tutte le stanze sono comunicanti tra loro, a noi non ci ha peró dato fastidio

Pros: Großes Appartement und Bad. Die Lage in der Nähe des Vatikan ist sehr gut um zu Fuss Die Stadt zu erkunden. Metro und Bus ebenfalls in der Nähe. Unsere Fahrräder waren sicher untergebracht.

Cons: Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, nonostante sia al piano terra resta molto luminoso e fresco.

Cons: Arredato poco, la dotazione nel bagno piccolo è scarsa, non sai dove appoggiare le cose, la divisione tra le camere sarebbe meglio con delle porte ma é una mia preferenza.

Great location when your stay surrounded with great cafe, bar and restaurant!

Pros: Great location, short walk to cafe, bar, shop, subway, bus station and vatican.

Cons: Not a real separate 3 rooms, there were problem of terrible sound from your friends every nights. My bad that cannot sleep anymore when woke up middle of the night. The light from one room can light up every room when someone went to toilet at night. A/C are prohibit to turn them on.
