Pros: I like the facilities the place is a home away from home I will recommend Luxury and Sweet home as one of the best facilities to stay in in Rome for vacation

Cons: There wasn't anything there that I didn't like because everything was perfect as described in booking the staff are very friendly and willing to respond to your needs as soon as you request

Pros: The accommodation is in a good location, clean, and well equipped. The city center is easily accessible by public transport. There are many small shops nearby and also a Lidl. The host is very kind and helpful. We had a great few days here.

Pros: I rented two apartments in the same building from the same owner — one on the 1st floor and the other on the 4th. Both looked freshly renovated, very nicely decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus was that the host provided dishwasher capsules, laundry pods, and basic supplies like salt and other essentials. It was a thoughtful and convenient gesture — it really helps when you don’t have to buy a whole bag of salt in every city you visit. 😊 There’s a bus stop right in front of the building, which takes you directly to a working metro station (since the one closest to the apartment was under renovation).

Cons: The living room was comfortable but the sofa bed was squeaky. Comfort was ok but noise will bother a light sleeper.

Pros: The apartment is ideally situated just a short walk from the metro station, with quick access via the green line. It’s spacious, fully equipped, and spotless, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, there are several cafeterias and restaurants nearby. The host is friendly, attentive, and always available to assist with anything you need.
