Pros: The location was great. It was walking distance to most places and in close proximity to transport, restaurants and supermarket.

Cons: The stairs proved to be a challenge for the older people in our group. The last flat of stairs does not have a handrail either, making the end of the climb a little more difficult for them.

A great location to access the center of Rome

Pros: The apartment is very well-kept, new, modern, very good quality furniture. The towels, bedding and mattresses are very good, the kitchen is fully equipped. Perfectly located near the Spanish Steps. The air conditioning works very well, there is constant pressure and hot water in the shower, the owners are ready to help you with anything you need. Definitely a location to consider if you visit Rome.

Cons: It didn't bother us at all, but maybe for other travelers could be important: - the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and you can reach it using a small staircase, there is no elevator. - the windows of the 2 bedrooms are above the street and occasionally it can be noisy from cars and motorbikes. - the shower is only half glass and sometimes quite a lot of water can come out

Pros: Location was the best I’ve ever stayed in in Rome . Enjoyed having 2 bedrooms .

Cons: Stairs a bit of a killer and mirror straight over the sink is better for us girls to do our make up

Pros: Nous avons passé une super nuit. Le coin salle à manger est trop cosy ! Très proche de la place d’Espagne. Nous avons profité des beaux quartier de Rome à la nuit tombée ! Nous recommandons !!!!!

Pros: La zona al lado de la vía del corso y muy cerca de la plaza de España, está nuevo y tiene de todo.

Cons: 3 pisos con escaleras altas que no nos molestaron pero deben saberlo personas con menos movilidad. Justo enfrente hay una academia Santa Cecilia que tocan y cantan desde primera hora de la mañana. No nos molestó a nosotros porque no trasnochamos.

Pros: Отличная локация, есть возможность в офисе компании оставить вещи до чекина и после чекаута. Апартаменты компактные, но очень понравились: 2 полноценные двухспальные кровати, дают все необходимое, в том числе тапочки (первый раз за 1 недели в Италии в апартаментах дали тапочки), есть кофемашина с капсулами. Мини кухня со всем необходимым. Однозначно рекомендую!

Cons: Есть проблемы с сантехникой: в туалете в Раков не не установлен сифон и из-за этого идет запах канализации. На кухне смеситель не закреплены.

Una toccata e fuga nella città più bella del mondo

Pros: Un appartamento molto funzionale per chi passa poco tempo al suo interno. Centralissimo e provvisto di tutto ciò che può servire. Ottimo per una coppia, anche con un bambino. Non molto comodo l'accesso per chi ha problemi motori o bambini non autonomi per via delle scale da fare per raggiungere l'ultimo piano di un edificio vecchio. Noi ci siamo stati in 5 tutti adulti ed è stato un ottimo punto per le nostre esigenze. Lo staff non è stato presente fisicamente ma molto attento ad ogni richiesta. Nel complesso un buon risultato

Cons: L'appartamento è stato studiato per renderlo molto funzionale, c'è tutto. Il bagno però è davvero piccolo, come le stanze da letto. Ho letto per questo appartamento prezzi veramente alti che mi avrebbero indirizzato altrove, io ho avuto un' offerta che ha reso il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Pros: Super buena ubicación, mucha comodidad, apartamento muy bonito, buenos anfitriones y perfecto apartamento!

Cons: Era el último piso y había que subir andando 40 escalones (no hay ascensor) y quizá la falta de lavadora.
