Pros: Appartamento molto grande e pulizia eccellente! Simone mi ha accolta con gentilezza e cordialità e si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi necessità durante la permanenza. Avevo un corso all’hotel Lifestyle che è a pochi metri dall’appartamento quindi posizione ottima per lo scopo del mio viaggio.
Cons: Insonorizzazione e Wi-Fi da migliorare. Peccato solo non ci sia una metro vicina; dalla stazione Termini si raggiunge l’appartamento con il Bus H oppure con il taxi.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per una sola notte in occasione di una convention in un hotel lì vicino e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L’accoglienza è stata perfetta: ci hanno spiegato tutto in modo chiaro e ci hanno consigliato come spostarci dall’alloggio per raggiungere facilmente tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. È stato molto facile trovare il posto. La zona è tranquilla e anche il condominio è molto silenzioso, con ascensore. Sotto casa passano i taxi ed è tutto comodissimo: c’è un bar, un’edicola e anche il tabacchino, tutto molto vicino. Consigliatissimo per posizione, tranquillità e disponibilità degli host!

Pros: Отличная просторная,чистая квартира с 2мя санузлами и паркетом. Приятный интерьер. 2 балкона один из них большой. Хороший удобные кровати.
Cons: Не работала духовка на кухне, мало ножей также можно бы было добавить большую скавороду для больших семей. Можно было бы добавить зеркало в каридое. Электрочайник на 2 персоны для большой семьи недостаточно. Рекомендовал бы хозяивам установить стиральную машину.

Pros: The apartment is huge, tow big bedroom and tow bathroom, the owner was very helpful and polite, it’s just a little bit far from downtown otherwise we were so happy with the place

Apartamento lujoso pero con insuficiente aire acondicionado y sin lavadora
Pros: Las calidades del alojamiento eran extraordinarias con terraza y televisor en las dos habitaciones
Cons: No tenia lavadora y, sobre todo, NO habia aire acondicionado en el salon, por lo que evitabamos estar en dicho lugar en plena ola romana de calor Tb se echaba de menos que tuviera parking propio.

Excellent accommodation!!
Pros: The apartment was absolute beautiful and the hosts were excellent! We had great communication with the host leading up to our stay and they met us at the apartment upon arrival with a warm and friendly greeting which was great. I was there with my sister and we each brought one of our children and we all enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable which was nice. All of the amenities we needed, including towels kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc, were there which was also nice. It looked exactly like the pictures online…it was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It was also quiet and the people who we saw in the apartment building were very friendly. Lastly, the location was perfect…it was a nice neighborhood and easy to get a taxi or bus into the city center. I would highly recommend this apartment and host to anyone traveling to Roma!!
Cons: The only thing that was missing was a washer and dryer in the apartment. There was a laundry place very close to the apartment but having it would have been more convenient to do laundry inside the apartment.

Pros: Das Apartment war sehr groß, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, der Geschirrspüler war eine große Erleichterung. Der Eigentümer war immer erreichbar und zeigte uns viele Möglichkeiten wie man ins Zentrum kommt. Das Apartment hat 2 große Bäder, beide mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Musik von „Alexa“ hat besonders den Kindern super gefallen. Um die Ecke gab es einen Pizzaimbiss, da waren wir buchstäblich jeden Tag, denn es gab jedes mal eine andere Auswahl und es hat unglaublich gut geschmeckt. Ansonsten Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt, alles in der Nähe. Wir haben dort wundervolle Tage verbracht und tollen, ruhigen und erholsamen Schlaf in den sehr bequemen Betten genossen. Vielen lieben Dank!
