Lovely people and lovely place!
Pros: Loved the location, right in the middle of real locals and close to my conference venue. Not the posh pretentious touristy area. There is a convenience store nearby with very cute and friendly cashier. I could buy stuff and cook my own food mostly. Both Silvia and the caretaker lady are super friendly. So spacious and convenient. I might choose this place again next time I come to Rome.
Cons: The neighbors above could be a bit noisy, in a My Name is Luka kind of way. It was also a bit cold during this season. Was told heating will start in late November. During the day, I did enjoy sitting outside in the warm sun, though. One last thing was that WIFI could be stronger.

Pros: Had such a great experience staying at this apartment. The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help after a long trip. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained – exactly as pictured. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free stay!

Pros: Our checkin was very late in night, but was possible with aditional fee, good communication with Roma Termini(1 bus of 50 min ride) and center (1 bus or 10 min walk with 1 tram), good for few days for 6 people

Pros: The place is near to the Vatican city, It has restaurants, pharmacies and a supermarket. Silvia is a great host, very attentive and wiling to help in everything!

Pros: Lo cómodo y lo espacioso, tiene muchos negocios alrededor económicos y de gran variedad, aparte de que el trato de gennaro fue estupendo, viajamos en familia y todo estuvo súper cómodo y limpio, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar unos días, inclusive productos de aseo personal.
Cons: Lo único que podría recalcar es que hay una silla en particular que nos hizo daño a mi suegro y a mí, porque el asiento está mal colocado y al echar el asiento hacia adelante nos lastimó los dedos, pero está bien, y una de las camas individuales es dura, de resto todo fenomenal.

Pros: We picked the property because it had two bedrooms and a large terrace and was conveniently located for us. We were pleased to see AC units in all the rooms. We were traveling in the winter and did not need them, but if we came in the summer proper functioning AC would be a non negotiable. There is a small supermarket, caffès, gelato, pizza restaurants, and stores all within easy walking distance.There are also direct buses to the city center. The apartment is located in a secure gated complex in a safe neighborhood. The place is clean and functional and has all the basic necessities available. I was pleased that the rooms were furnished with large wardrobes and drawers to place belongings during a longer stay. The host was gracious, helpful, accommodating, and professional. She came by to change out our sheets and towels half through our stay.
Cons: The WiFi was a bit spotty. I recommend providing new pillows and a more functional shower head.
