Domus Solis

Pros: The apartment is very nice modern and spacious. There is a bus line right in front of the building that leads to the main Termini station ( bus H). There is market, coffee shop, food place in front od the apartment as well.

Cons: The representatives of the property are very slow responders. Be prepared there are fees you will need to pay additionally that are not mentioned upwards(tourist tax). Also you will need to pay it online before you go in order for them to send you the code for entering the apartment. The apartment is a bit further away from the city even thought its 5km. There are buses but the buses are not on time and you might wait a while.

Pros: Very spacious, very clean, fresh and comfortable apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Delicious coffee in capsules is available. The beds are comfortable. Easy access with a key in your phone. There are public transport stops nearby, but be prepared that the buses are very unstable.

Cons: Not very comfortable sound insulation, but it is not big problem.

Pros: Apartament idealny dla rodziny- duża przestrzeń, pełne wyposażenie i aranżacja ze smakiem. W okolicy wszystko co potrzeba- sklepy, pizzerie, przystanek pod blokiem (super skomunikowane zarówno z Watykanem, jak i centrum miasta). Dosyć daleko od najważniejszych atrakcji, ale apartament wszystko rekompensuje. Jedyna wada, która pojawia się w komentarzach i niestety się sprawdziła- w głównej sypialni słychać sąsiadów- da się jednak to przeżyć.

Pros: Nagyon jó elrendezésű, tágas apartman. Két erkély is tartozik hozzá, ahova esténként ki lehet ülni egy baráti beszélgetésre. Barátságos a környék. Tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhető a belváros.

Cons: Nem volt negatív tapasztalatunk.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto grande con camere e bagni spaziosi. È al terzo piano di uno stabile signorile, tranquillo e dotato di ascensore. Si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle vicinanze e nella piazzetta adiacente si trovano vari esercizi commerciali molto utili (bar , pizzeria, edicola) Nel complesso è una struttura eccellente, da consigliare.

Pros: Abbiamo trascorso giorni bellissimi e tutto è andato benissimo. La struttura dove abbiamo soggiornato fantastica! Speriamo di poter ritornare presto nella stessa struttura e di ritrovarla come l'abbiamo lasciata.

Cons: Nulla

Pros: Ωραία και ήσυχη περιοχή. Πανέμορφο σπίτι μεγάλο άνετο και καινούριο. Όλος ο απαραίτητος εξοπλισμός σαν να είσαι στο σπίτι σου . (Σίδερο κουζίνα πλυντήριο κτλ)

Cons: Στο δωμάτιο με το διπλό μεγάλο κρεβάτι ακούγεται πολύ έντονα κάθε διάλογος από τον πάνω όροφο αλλά δεν θα σας ενοχλήσει πολύ.

Pros: Appartement tres spacieux et lumineux ! C est tres propre et bien agencé

Cons: Un gros soucis de bruit côté chambre parentale...tous les soirs télévision à fond jusqu'à 23h45 et reprise à 7h15...pile à l heure tous les soirs Dommage

Pros: Alles war wunderbar. Im Hauptschlafzimmer war es etwas laut, da die Nachbarn oben jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht mit voller Lautstärke fern sahen. Aber nachdem ich durch Rom gelaufen war, machte mir das nicht viel aus, weil ich tief und fest schlief.
