Everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and had plenty of space for two colleagues.

Pros: Cleanliness, the beautiful apartment, and the helpful and thoughtful host. He even provided some pastries for us.

Pros: The property was very beautiful overall. The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and thoughtfully designed. The bathrooms were beautiful, spotless, and very clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. Loved the balconies too! There was good storage space, which was perfect for our 4-night stay for 4 people. The house itself had a very pleasant and welcoming feel. We also loved the area—it was extremely convenient. The Biago Pace bus stop is right below the property, making it very easy to travel to the city centre. There’s a good supermarket nearby and some amazing pizzerias, which added a lot to our stay.

Cons: While the stay was excellent overall, the kitchen was very poorly equipped, which was disappointing as we were 4 people staying for 4 nights. We had to buy almost everything from the supermarket, even basic items. Compared to other properties we’ve stayed in Italy, this one lacked essentials—there wasn’t even basic cooking oil. Only salt, pepper, and a few packets of sugar were provided. Additionally, there was no washing liquid/detergent for the washing machine. Since we needed to use it for just one day, having to buy an entire detergent felt inconvenient. Because of this, I couldn’t give a full 10/10, but with better kitchen essentials, this place would be nearly perfect.

Excellent apartment and great host

Pros: The apartment on Via Silvestri is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The attention to detail made the stay especially pleasant and welcoming. The location is quiet, safe, and well connected to the city center, making it easy to get around while enjoying a peaceful area. Luca was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and always available. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: Praticamente tutto..Luca il proprietario molto disponibile. Casa super pulita confortevole e moderna. Ben curata nei dettagli. Zona tranquilla facile da raggiungere e con servizi. Parcheggio si trova quando sotto casa facilmente. É stato molto carino anche con i miei bimbi facendo trovare delle caramelle. Super consigliato !!
