Pros: Saverio is a very nice person. He was very considerate and arranged everything for us. The house is fully equipped and in a great location.

Cons: There is no washing machine.

Sunny terrace in Rome

Pros: The apartment was well located - 10 minutes to the nearest station - on the main subway route. This takes you to termini and most of the tourist sites. €1.50 to all destinations. There is also a supermarket nearby. The host met me with the keys and showed me around the property. He lives below and is therefore available if needed. Older neighbourhood - very safe and quiet. The apartment was super clean and had a very comfortable bed. Well heated for February. Kitchen fairly well equipped. It has a fantastic terrace which would be brilliant in warmer weather. Wi-Fi great.

Cons: Needs a sharp kitchen knife and scissors. Check out time a bit early.

Great value

Pros: Good location, 5 min from a metro station that takes you to all the important sites of Rome. The owner Saverio was kind and helpful, always available and easy to reach at any time for any questions or doubts.

Beautiful attic in Rome

Pros: It's the perfect location if you want to sleep well. Very silent and next to metro station and bus stop. Very kind owner and facilities like the kitchen and even a terrace makes it magic for the whole experience.

Nice place for a few nights in Rome

Pros: Very helpful and nice host. Place was easy to find (less than 10min walk from Ponte Lungo metro station), and it was clean and quiet. I could stay there again if I visit Rome.

Pros: Comfortable, clean, upstairs apartment, with a kitchen and a roof terrace. From the terrace you can see beautiful pinea trees. The smell of star jasmine blooming in the area is very pleasant. The host was very kind and helpful.

Pros: Very welcoming host and lovely little appartement. Perfect for two people and having the terrace was a great bonus. The area is quiet and residential with a nice market nearby, a little out of the centre so needed to use transport to get around but there it’s a metro station 5 min walk away and plenty of buses.

An excellent 10 days, spoiled occasionally only by rain. I will be very happy to go go back.

Signore Saverio did his best to make my long stay so good, that I made a lot of tourist's job

Pros: Great location, close to the metro and railway stations, supermarkets, but away from the crowds of tourists
