Beautiful apartment in San Giovanni close to Colosseo

We would absolutely stay here again! Great host! Great apartment! Great neighborhood!

Pros: The property was so comfortable and the location couldn't be better. We were so close to the metro that the city was at our fingertips. It was so hot in Rome but the AC worked well so we were comfortable to sit out the heat of the day in the apartment. Also the lift was a huge help with the luggage and my mom who found the steps difficult. Mattia was super helpful and always available if we had a question. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like. The place and the host were excellent!

Pros: Proximity to Metro allowed us to go anywhere quickly. Supermarkets and other stores close by. Authentic Roman neighborhood. Great apartment size for a family of 5. The neighborhood has some good restaurants.

Cons: A little quiet at night - good for families but it means you have to travel to experience fun.

An amazing experience that helped us fall in love with Rome

Pros: The apartment was really clean and had all needed amenities. It was really close to the Colosseum and next to a big metro station. The staff was extremely helpful.

Cons: It was a bit cold in the rooms.

Pros: The apartment is large with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Close to metro and bus stop. The host is very kind and responsive. There was a broken railing on the terrace - it was repaired the same day. Thank you!

Great time in Rome exploring some of the ancient sites.

Pros: Great location, comfortable beds and good area to relax

Cons: The toaster was not easy to use. The showers were intermittently hot and cold.

Pros: L'espace, l'appartement est grand, le soir c'est appreciable apres la visite des musees surtout avec les enfants d'avoir un coin tranquille pour tout le monde. l'immeuble est charmant, petite cour, il y a un concierge en journée, et deux clés disponibles (on peut faire des groupes) Quartier populaire pas trop de touristes Petits restos et boulangeries + alimentations facile d'accès. La proximité des transports littéralement au pied de l'immeuble , car on est a l'ouest de Rome Le propriétaire est réactif sur whatsapp pour les petits details et les tips.

Cons: Rien, plutôt des suggestions Nous n'avons pas pu vraiment nous servir de la télé, la télécommande va être changée. La vaisselle devrait être vérifiée, car les precedents locataires ne l'avaient pas lavée correctement. Si possible: 4 bols ( pour les céréales) + 4 verres a vins plus petits (plus facile a laver, moins de risque de chute, et un peu plus \

Pros: Exactly like the pictures, clean, spacious, perfect for a large group or big family. The owner is really nice, and the location is great. Highly recommend! 👍

Cons: The only downside is that not all the sockets were working, which was a bit annoying, and the hairdryer wasn’t very good

Parfait pour visiter Rome à pied en famille

Pros: Très bon appartement pour se sentir bien après une bonne journée à Rome. Emplacement idéal au pied une station de métro. Grande chambre spacieuse parfait pour nous une famille de deux adultes et 3 enfants.
