Best apartment for familly

Pros: Familly of 5. Location is perfect, 1 minute from metro san giovanni ( has both line a and c for colosseum). Many restaursnts and supermarkets just downstairs.The apartment has everything you might need, very very clean, everything brand new inside , matresses new and soft, temperature is perfect and adjustable. Perfect private terrace on the back. Rafaella very polite and helpfull!

Perfect stay in a spotless apartment with a great location near Rome’s main attractions.

Pros: Excellent location! Very close to the metro and buses, and the Colosseum is within walking distance. The apartment is spotless, well-furnished, and equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. The terrace is fantastic! We really appreciated Raffaella’s warm welcome and helpful advice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay close to Rome’s main attractions.

Piękne i przestronne mieszkanie idealnie zlokalizowane!

Pros: Apartament przepiękny i przestronny, czysty i znakomicie wyposażony. Nic nam nie brakowało. Dwie łazienki to duży komfort. Standard mieszkania 10/10. Idealna lokalizacja, blisko linie metra A i C. W pobliżu knajpki, restauracje, sklepy. Gospodarz przemiły i pomocny.

Cons: Drobne dwa minusy: hałaśliwa ulica z natężonym ruchem, więc jak ktoś przyzwyczajony do ciszy to spanie tylko w stoperach. I mały bojler więc kąpiel to był bardzo szybki prysznic. Nie wiem jak przy 6 osobach da radę. My byliśmy w 4. Ale dla mnie piękno mieszkania i lokalizacja przebija te mankamenty i wybrałabym go ponownie.

Pros: Чудове розташування біля станції метро та зупинки громадського транспорту. Чистота, кухня укомплектована всім необхідним, власники потурбувалися про наявність кави та чаю. Зручні ліжка. Дуже приємні господарі апартаментів, Рафаєлла та Валеріо , готові допомогти та підказати якщо в цьому буде необхідність

Pros: Wspaniałe miejsce, bardzo serdecznie polecam. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni na każdym etapie. Znakomita lokalizacja i wspaniałe mieszkanie. Byliśmy z trójką małych dzieci. 2 łazienki i super taras na wyłączność. Wspaniałe, bardzo, bardzo polecamy :))

Pros: Bardzo ładny, czysty, przestronny, gustownie urządzony i wygodny apartament z dwiema sypialniami, dwiema łazienkami, salonem z rozkładaną sofą i świetnie wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym i przestronnym tarasem. Mieszkanie znajduje się tuż obok Lateranu, bardzo blisko stacji metra.

Cons: Okna sypialni wychodzą na ruchliwą ulicę, zatem należy liczyć się z hałasem nawet w nocy. Sugeruję zabrać zatyczki do uszu. 😉

Eccellente soggiorno in uno splendido appartamento con terrazza!

Pros: Eccellente appartamento,recentemente ristrutturato e con una bella terrazza dove poter cenare o pranzare,in una bella zona di Roma,San Giovanni in Laterano,dove tutto è a portata di mano. Metropolitana,bus,ristoranti,pizzerie,gelaterie,negozi di tutti i tipi,giardino pubblico con giochi per bimbi,mercato rionale. La proprietaria dell'appartamento super gentile e disponibilissima per tutto! Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione se andate a Roma.
