Colosseo Miracle Suite

Brilliant apartment with easy access to most locations in Rome, would happily come again.

Pros: Comfortable, spacious, lots of hangers and wardrobe space, facilities were great and amazing location.

Cons: Very bright rooms early in the morning, could maybe do with thicker curtains or better shutters, awkward stairs although a lift is available.

Excellent location and facilities.

Pros: Location was excellent and property was clean and comfortable.

Cons: There was some noise from the street in the front room but that comes with the central and convenient location.

Great location for big families or groups of people

Pros: Location is amazing, really in the city center. Rooms were clean and well suited for 8 people. It was enough space, chairs, etc.

Cons: Check in rules were a bit confusing as we got different messages, it was very loud on weekend night due to the bars downstairs in one of the bedroom. I know it is not easy to control, but we were almost not sleeping one night.

Great apartment for a group, close to everything

Pros: Excellent location close to Colosseum with easy access to the metro. Plenty of room for the seven of us and everyone had a bed and not a pull out sofa which was great. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a clothes washer/dryer made the stay very comfortable for our group.

Cons: The stairs! There is a tiny one person elevator to reach the apartment on the second floor otherwise a steep staircase. To get to the elevator you still need to navigate up several stairs and a small doorway so I wouldn’t recommend trying this with luggage if you have mobility issues or claustrophobia. Inside the apartment there are more stairs with different sized treads to access either bathroom.

Pros: The apartment was big enough for 7 people. It was clean, had all the equipment needed for 3-night stay and for cooking, and having laundry was also a big plus. The check-in/check-out processes were also super smooth. We joined Roma marathon, and in that sense, the location was perfect. The apartment was located in just a few minute walking distance from the start/goal points.

Cons: The location is super noisy, as it's located next to so many bars. It was a big burden for us, having a plan to join Rome marathon starting early in the morning. Also, the stars were quite steep. It has an elevator which can accommodate only one person each time, so it may not be recommended for a group of elderly people.

Pros: The location is perfect! We went everywhere on foot.

Cons: The stairs were narrow

Pros: the best apartment in Rome, near the Coliseum, has very nice staff, the location is the best, restaurants and bars are near, we will come back only in this apartment.

Can’t recommend this property enough! Good positioning, spacious, comfy, helpful staff.

Pros: First of all it was very clean. Bathrooms, kitchen, floors all looked immaculate. It’s very spacious and aesthetic. You have enough room for luggage, storage, everything. Plus it looks delightful. You’re close to most historic spots and walking around the area is a pleasure. It’s stocked very well. Plenty towels, hairdries, iron, loooots of coffee and tea. Overall, an incredible place to stay

Pros: The apartment is lovely, well equipped and nicely decorated (like in pictures). Staff are friendly and very welcoming. The location is also super good, very close to colosseo and main attractions.

Cons: Small lift but manageable if used by 2 people. It was ok for us and expected in such older areas.

Location, location, location

Pros: Beautiful apartment in the most fabulous location, with the Colosseum and Forum on the doorstep. Comfortable rooms, good facilities and super staff. We would love to come back.

Cons: Access is via very steep stairs or a small lift, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues - and getting luggage up and down needs some planning. Still worth it when you get there.
