A great place to stay for our two nights in Rome.

Pros: Lovely room in a great location for exploring on foot. Very close to the Vatican and many good restaurants and cafes. The hosts were friendly and very helpful.

Pros: We really liked the location with lots of restaurants in the area, and very close to the metro and bus stops. The room was very comfortable and a good size.

Excellent Value

Pros: Lovely old building, which appears to be a mixture of holiday let's, offices and residential. The location was excellent for the metro, for the Vatican and for parts of the historic centre. The metro in Rome is not the best with stops on the perifery of the historic centre. A little more information on how to get around by bus would have been helpful. Just down the road from some good restaurants and bars.

Cons: It is on a busy street yet it was fairly quiet in the room. We had workmen in the room above us who started banging at 0730hrs all day. This was not the fault of the hotel, but it did effect the pleasure of our stay.
