Pros: The accommodation was very nice, clean, spacious, comfortable. There was a complimentary pastry, tea, coffee. Check in was very smooth and very detailed, the location was great too, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to. And the view from our window was lovely, the building itself was quiet.

Cons: There is a kitchen in the apartment but forbidden to use for cooking, which was not mentioned anywhere when I was booking this accommodation. We wanted to make some basic breakfast like scrambled eggs, so we were a little dissapointed that we couldn´t use it. Also, I recommend having an earplugs for lightsleepers as we could hear a little noise from the street in front of the building.

Pros: The location gave excellent access to the metro and the Vatican. The owner was extremely responsive to all issues.

Cons: The hot water pressure was a little too low, which made it hard to take a shower

perfect and safe place to stay in rome

Pros: the property was clean and well maintained, roberto was really lovely and welcoming. the place is accessible to types of transportation, walking distance to the metro and bus station. its only a 15min walk to st peters square. its close enough to popular tourist attractions but the place was quiet and we really felt safe especially when walking at night time. plus there is a lift in the building!!!!

Convenient and good value

Pros: The location was great, near Vatican and next to Octaviano metro. The host Roberto was super nice and we had coffee and bread as complimentary breakfast. It was clean and nice.

Pros: Very friendly host who gave us all information needed. The room was comfy and quiet. Near metro station Ottaviano and not very far away from San Pietro

Cons: The heater was noicy. The water pressure was not good some times. propably because the rooms were on the 5th floor.
