Excellent location and facilities.
Pros: Location, facilities, spacious with large lounge, kitchen, washer, two bathrooms, aircon in each bedroom. Great coffee shop, restaurants and a small supermarket close by.
Cons: The electricity kept cutting out when we used more than 2 aircon units (there are 3 units total). We had to reset the switchboard ourselves each time and in the end stopped using the 3rd aircon. Sadly the host didn’t have a solution for this and wasn’t much help. BUT… everything else about the apartment was amazing.

Very nicely located, spacious aprartament
Pros: Location was magnificent - close to metro, tram, bus, and walking distance to two Basilicas. Spacious - enough place for 6 guests. Two toilets make a difference. It was easy to regulate temperature even without air conditioning (visit in May).
Cons: THERE WAS NO DISCOBOLUS !!! Otherwise ok :)

Pros: The apartment is big and comfortable with all the amenities.
Cons: The thermostat of the central heating didn't work at first and the house was cold the first day, but then the owner fixed it and it was okay.

Spacious, clean flat near the Colosseum
Pros: The flat was spacious, comfortable and attractively furnished with some personality. The public areas of the building were clean and felt safe. The instructions for access, and all communications with the managers were clear and prompt. Very convenient location for the Colosseum, and close to bus stops and a metro station. Although it felt expensive to me, it was in line with or better than other options for our group of 4 people.
Cons: The location, while convenient, was not the most characterful. No complaints about the flat itself.

Pros: We had an unexpected medical emergency during our stay in Rome and Flavio was excellent to communicate with. Highly recommend Domus Colosseo-fantastic location, clean, Spacious and comfortable 😊

Good location. Great welcome and orientation. Close to the Colosseum and public transportation.
Pros: We were welcomed by Patrizia who gave us the keys and a tour of the apartment as well as a great overview of things to see and do. A very warm welcome. Apartment had lots of room and was well equipped. Flavio was very helpful as well regarding any questions we had. Restaurants were within easy walking distance and Colosseum was about a 15 minute walk with taxis and buses almost right outside the door.
Cons: A very nice location and good stay overall. Shower drain was partially clogged and so didn't drain well and there was an initial sewer smell in the bathroom but this went away after the water ran for a few minutes.

Perfect to stay with old friends!
Pros: The space, the nice interior, and the kitchen where you can make plans for the day at the cosy table. We felt immediately at home and received a city map from Patricia who informed us about places to eat all over Rome. The location is easy to reach from Termini station as well.
Cons: We had some stress due to the online check in. There are normal keys, however, and no passwords are needed. There will be somebody to open the door anyway. Another problem was the shower that needed unclogging. Flavio came in action, but the problem was not completely solved. There remained a bad smell.

Genial experiencia
Pros: La ubicación es espectacular, a 5 minutos caminando del coliseo, el departamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para una cómoda estadía, las camas son muy cómodas, además tiene un supermercado cerca y casi al lado un restaurante. La comunicación con los dueños fue facil y el check in y check out facil también, ademas nos ofrecieron servicio de transporte al aeropuerto que fue espectacular, lo recomiendo 100%

Pros: Logement très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé avec huile, sucre, sel, café, tablette lave vaisselle et linge, papier toilette en quantité ainsi que les serviettes de toilette. Organisation très professionnelle pour le chek in et l'organisation de l'appartement. Bus et tramway face immeuble. Métro et commerces à proximité. A deux pas du Colisée
Cons: Le débit d'eau dans la salle de bain et faible.
