Pros: The hotel was located in a quiet street near the metro station. Very easy to walk to the Vatican. You could reach the staff easily via WhatsApp. Clean room.

Great location, and very generous with extras like snacks, tea, coffee, juice etc

Pros: The hotel was great overall. Our shower needs some attention, which the owner is well aware of, and is getting fixed ASAP.

Cons: The toilet would be hard for some people to get onto. It was fine for us, but not for people who had mobility issues.

Pros: Room was very clean, big enough. Bathroom was also large enough. Location is very good, close to metro station, cafe on the corner of the street, as well as couple of restaurants.

Pros: Great location, in a quiet neighbourhood, close to metro station and comfortable walking distance to Vatican. Never met the owner in person but Simone was very helpful and provided detailed instructions for check in and also recommended restaurants.

Very Good!

Pros: Simone is an excellent guy! Very attentive and as I got sick during my stay , he was more than attentive and helpful! Although this is a very modern way to receive guests, without any physical presence of the owners, Simone got in touch with me and helped me to stay as comfortable as possible until I was able to go to the airport and back home. I got pneumonia during my vacation in Italy. Nobody’s fault.

Cons: At the beginning I was not very comfortable with this modern style of opening doors through the code on the cellular … maybe if the person is not used to do so, it takes a while to learn how to do it.

Pros: Easy access to Vatican city by foot, close to the metro to access easily tje rest of the city. Staff was very helpful and communicative. The room and bathroom was spacious. With the instructions it was really easy to enter. The shared kitchen corner was life savig to make some hot tea or coffee and have a small quick bite before starting the day.

Cons: We were in november, so the humidity from the bathroom got stuck, but nothing major issues from that.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. Simone was very friendly and helpful with our questions. The apartment was very clean, close to shops and public transport. There were some snacks and drinks available for us during our stay.
