Wonderful place to stay in Rome

Pros: Great location, easy communication with the host, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, fast internet and the flat is warm in winter (which was nicely surprising during our stay in different places in Italy). Also, despite being located in the heart of the city it's very quiet. We had a peaceful sleep.

Super quiet, great location with few improvements I'd score 10

Pros: Super quiet - in the middle of Rome - this is a bonus if you are light sleeper :) Location suited us - great square and local food take away on the doorstep. Round the corner from colosseum, friendly hosts - quick to reply to questions, detail excellent to most of the apartment facilities like coffee machine, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of kitchen equipment etc. Towels provided. Comfy bed.

Cons: Check out the heating law in Rome before you go - flat was too cold for us as heating doesn't go on until mid November. Warmer bedding in this case would have been great. Sofa bed easy to put up but mattress thin so maybe not so good for more than couple of nights. There is no view other than other flats really as the flat is in the internal section of the building. But we spent most of the day out and about.

Pros: The apartment is clean, equipped and large in size. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge and excellent. The host is helpful in everything, very polite. I think this is the best place to stay. *****

Lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: I would give this apartment 11 out of 10 if I could. The location is absolutely brilliant, walk to the next crossroad, turn right and you can see the Colosseum! There are lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby and is easy to walk around the city. The apartment is spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is quiet at night, so easy to get a good night's sleep. I loved having a washing machine to catch up on some laundry! I didn't cook in the kitchen (too many restaurants to try!) but you could easily make meals there if you wanted to. I'd happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere in Rome for a great holiday

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé.

Pros: Situation idéale, dans une petite rue proche du Colisée. Quartier charmant plein de restaurants et de bars. L’appartement est très calme, donnant sur une cour intérieure. Grande salle de bain, bien équipée. Personnel réactif et fiable.

Cons: Manque de lumière dans la partie douche.
