We would go there again when staying in Rome!

Pros: The host was warm, informative and very helpful. We liked our room and also the shared kitchen facilities, including coffee &c. The location close to stazione Termini is quite handy for all kinds of public transport.

Cons: Casa Cleo is on third floor. The elevator does not start at the ground floor, but taking some stairs before reaching the elevator keeps you healthy ;-)

A wonderful stay in a well situated B&B in Rome

Pros: Marta was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay in Rome enjoyable. She provided a detailed map, pointed out the best local restaurants and attractions, and even upgraded our room when one became available. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. My wife, who has very high standards, couldn’t find a single fault. Breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated having our own space in the fridge within the shared kitchen, which was always kept immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return to Casa Cleo in the future.

Cons: There are a few stairs leading up to the elevator, but nothing we couldn't handle. Marta even helped us with our bags when we checked out.

Very satisfied

Pros: The owner is very friendly and kind. Every day the room was cleaned. The coffee and the tea was free , the kitchen was open for cooking, and the owner left us every day like a compliment some croissants. I’m very satisfied from the service. Highly recommend this place.

Great hidden gem close to Roma Termini

Pros: The place was great for our needs, we were given a bigger room than the one we booked and breakfast,which was really great, the fresh pastry in the morning was really nice. The host was also really nice, she welcomed us and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to see or where to eat and we actually checked one of the restaurants she recommended and went there twice,as it was a great one.

Cons: Everything was good in general, just it could get a bit loud, especially if you are next to the kitchen and more people are there, the noise isolation between rooms is not that great.

Pros: Good central location, handy to transport. Marta was really helpful with advice about Rome, allowing us to check in early and store luggage the day of our departure. Also provided gluten and dairy free options for breakfast. Very warm and hospitable.

It was a nice experience after getting our luggage up the steps. Thanks to Cleo for her help and assistance.

Pros: Room was very comfortable and Cleo is super friendly.

Cons: The steps are only drawback. There are 2 flights of about 15 steps each to get to the lift which takes you up to the apartments.

Great place - lovely lady to deal with

Pros: Loved the room and the location. We ended up sharing apartment with our daughters rather than two rooms but it was a great place.
