Pros: The location is very good and the room was clean. The owner was polite and helpfully.

Cons: Only there is no shampoo or ı Could not find it.

Amazing location, with an excellent local Italian feel in the neighbourhood.

Pros: The location is excellent, with all modes of transport available (bus stop right outside) and Metro just 3 mins walk away. There are some amazing restaurants within 10 minutes walk & the Coliseum is just down the road. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. There was a power cut on the first night - but this was solved very promptly. Overall I'd say good value for money & location makes this a great stay to see the sights of Rome.

Cons: There was no hot water in the shower, and the shower is a little small. The AC is a little weak, but overall, it's fine for what we needed. The check in could be smoother, but the hosts are very responsive on Whatsapp, even at 23:00, which I really appreciated.

Pros: Fantastic location, within walking distance to the many sites, restaurants, shops and train station. Room was clean and exactly what we needed, would definitely recommend.

Conveniently located and good communication with owner

Pros: Clean and good proximity to Roma Termini. Lift to 5th floor. Instructions were very good to enter the accommodation. We were able to store luggage at a different property located close to Termini which was very useful.

Cons: Nothing really. We stayed just the one night and was perfect for our needs.

Pros: The room is spacious and beautiful.The decoration is modern and very clean.There is a balcony with beautiful scenery.The facilities are complete.It is close to the train station and scenic spots.There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Cons: If the hotel requires customers to pay in advance, it is recommended to change the payment policy and automatically deduct the payment directly on Booking before the customer checks in.

Convenient modern rooms

Pros: 2 rooms with 2 double beds . The sofa bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on . Convenient location -10 min walk to Roma Termini or metro or to Colloseum. Secure access and lift handy as on 5th floor

Cons: Via Cavour is a busy road and can be noisy at night . Very small bathroom - only 1 person at a time

Value for money

Pros: Cavour Urban Rooms is a 3-apartment complex. All 3 apartments have a shared kitchen where you can prepare coffee or tea. It is in a central location of the city, about a 10-15 minutes walk from many important sightseeings like the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, etc. and from Roma Termini as well. Also, around the rooms you will find super markets, cafes and restaurants. The owners are pretty friendly and helpful. Our room was cute and cozy with a nice view of the street and the bed was comfortable. We stayed there for four nights, and everyday while we were outside, the room was getting cleaned and tided up. In general, I think it's a value for money option. P.S. The Gelateria across the street is a must visit :D

Cons: Unfortunately, everyday there was a really bad smell in the bathroom coming from the sewage, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times in order to prevent the smell from spreading in the room. Also, as mentioned from previous guests, since the room is on a very central and busy street, there is usually a lot of noise, even at nights. So if you are a light sleeper, maybe bring a pack of ear plugs with you. Finally I think the owners should consider of placing some storage options, like shelves or drawers and a couple more chairs.
