Pros: The person in charge is amazing ! She is extremely generous she had prepared special breakfast items for the kids , she was helpful and kind

Good stay and good communication

Pros: Beautiful house, clean and with a lot of space. Close to important places to visit in Rome.

Cons: Everything was very good, and the stay was comfortable. The only small downside was that some power outlets/sockets were not functioning, so charging devices for all three guests at the same time was a bit inconvenient.

Family stop over

Pros: Property excellent size for price, well equipped kitchen. Only negative was the pillows were not comfortable. It was like they'd been washed but hadn't gone back into the right shape. Perfect for getting to Termini and to the main attractions. Very well connected by bus Federica was lovely, letting us leave our bags early and was available for any questions.

A cozy place with all the facilities you need

Pros: A little small, but the apartment had everything that you will need, and more. I stayed with my family and it was a delight for everybody to be staying in the same room. The house had a classical touch to its decor, but still did not lack any needed facility.

Cons: The location is very near a bus stop. But buses in Rome are very unpredictable, so getting around was painful. Nothing against the property, but this should be kept in mind.

Pros: Está relativamente cerca de la estación termini, se llega fácilmente a la parada de autobús. Hay agua caliente, y aire acondicionado.El anfitrión en muy amable, y responde a tiempo.

Cons: Instalaciones antiguas. El desayuno no es lo que esperábamos.

Tram Lines

Pros: We stayed here for 2 nights as a stopover over from UK down to Puglia region. Apartment was basic and small but enough space for us to sleep in the one room, 2 adults, 2 teenage kids, and we didn't need to cook, so all good. Evwrything very clean. Tram terminal 5 mins walk away, perfect for getting into the centre. Also as we were driving there was space to leave our car. BTW trams are great, no need to but a ticket, just tap in with your debit or credit card.

Cons: Didn't bother us, but probably not for you if you expect a view from your window, and loads of fancy shops and places to eat, but these can all be found withing a short Tram ride or walk.
