I totally recommend this place :)

Pros: Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Giovanni was incredibly friendly and always on time – he was never late, which made everything run so smoothly. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, even including a washing machine and all the necessary supplies (detergents, hairdryers, etc.). We had a two-room apartment, which was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the windows was simply breathtaking. As an extra bonus, there’s also a stunning panoramic view from the rooftop that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Cons: The only minor drawbacks were that February in Rome can get quite cold at night, so we needed to bring extra pajamas, as the temperature drops. We used the AC to heat the apartment, which worked fine. Also, the water pressure could have been a bit stronger, but it didn’t affect our overall comfort too much. Despite these small things, our stay was still wonderful!

Pros: Apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and in a great location- short walk to tram which brings you into city centre...

Cons: The apartment is on the top floor so there are quite a lot of steps.. but there is a lift

Rzym wspaniały, Giovanni bardzo pomocny, na pewno wrócimy, Polecam

Pros: Mieszkanie wspaniałe zasługujące na najwyższe pozytywne oceny, lokalizacja blisko metra. Bardzo pomocny właściciel Giovanni z którym był łatwy kontakt przez WhatsAppa. Jak będziemy ponownie w Rzymie to na pewno wrócimy. Polecam

Pros: It was a very cozy room with private bathroom, it wasn't anything missing. The communication with Giovanni was very easy and he was always very helpful. The location is also nice, the area has very small local restaurants/bars and there is also a bus stop and a metro near the apartment (you can also go by foot, it takes around 30min to the Colosseum). All in once we can highly recommend it and will be looking forward to a next visit.

Schoon, goed gelegen en betalbaar appartament. Super host.

Pros: Alles was snel, proffesioneel en envoudig. Giovanni onze host met uitstekend engels gaf on alle nodige tips en advies over appartament en de omgeving. Voldoende ruimte voor 2 koppels. Alles superschoon. Snel internetverbinding. Afstand tot een metro ca 300m. Locatie circa 20 min lopend vanaf Termini. Top locatie als je vroeg in de ochtend of laat in de avond moet komen of vertrekken. Alle shuttle bussen rijden vanaf deze station richting beide vluchthavens in Rome. Echte aanrader.
