Cozy design studio apartment in Porta Maggiore.

Pros: The apartment is really nice, clean and comfortable. Equipment of the kitchen is perfect. The location is perfect, near the bus and railway stops, train station is 20 minut by foot and 30 minut to the centre. The apartment is on the second floor, so you can enjoy nice view from the big windows. There are another flats and offices opposite the building. There is only one negative, place is situated above the railway, so there is little of noise the whole day because the railway is really frequent. The owners were available in every day hours we need, they were interested in what we need and so one.

The apartment and hosts are lovely but I didn’t like the location

Pros: The hosts are awesome!! I mean, really, they took care of everything. The apartment itself is really comfortable, modern, well equipped, big smart TV. It was very clean! I loved the apartment!

Cons: Well, I loved how the hosts treated me and I loved the apartment, however, I feel I need to mention the location. The neighbourhood is a little bit dodgy (homless people etc). Porta Maggiore is pretty dirty. 20 mins on foot to metro. The tram is close but I didn’t find it convenient. It is far from the city Center. There aren’t any shops, restaurants, services nearby. The second thing, the trains. The apartment is literally located above the train tracks. The trains pass very often. So you can hear them almost all the time.

Nice apartment

Pros: The apartment was relatively small but cozy and had everything you need for a few days stay. The owner was very polite and answer every question we had.

Cons: Two things. First the apartment wasn't very clean and it's close to the railways so every 20-30 minutes you can hear a train going down.

Pros: Totul a fost minunat, foarte curat, gazde foarte amabile.

Cons: Singurul lucru care a fost putin deranjant a fost faptul ca nu exista sursa de incalzire mai puternica. AC-ul nu a facut față in totalitate, dar a fost acceptabil.

Pros: Дуже затишно та комфортно , сучасний ремонт , дуже чисто , я все для готування їжі , 8-10 хв пішки до метро Терміні , ванна облаштована всім , плойка , фен , гель для душу , абсолютно все Ольга дуже розуміюча , допомогла нам зорієнтуватися о 4 годині ранку , коли ми не змогли , з розумінням поставилась до наших проблем , тому дуже рекомендую цю квартиру , як варіант для відпочинку або поїздки для роботи , бо є швидкий вайфай

Pros: Casa molto accogliente e funzionale tutto pulito ordinato e confort ideali per trascorrere un soggiorno in completo relax.

Cons: I cuscini ..offrire tipologie di cuscini diverse

Ogólnie udany pobyt, dobry kontakt z właścicielami - minus odległość od centrum miasta

Pros: Czysty, dobrze wyposażony apartament, wygodne łóżko. Duży telewizor z aplikacjami typu YouTube czy Netflix.

Cons: Lokalizacja średnia - trochę daleko od centrum i nie najbliżej do stacji metra... Dość głośno w nocy z powodu bliskości dużego węzła kolejowego.

Séjour au top je recommande cet appart'hotel idéalement situé

Pros: Appartement idéalement situé, très propre et moderne. Facilité d'accès et proche du centre ville de Rome (30 minutes à pieds) - Nous avons pu visiter les sites principaux à voir et nous avons tout fait à pieds. Appartement bien entretenu, propre, moderne on s'y sent comme à la maison. Merci Olga les explications étaient claires

Cons: Un peu trop proche de la gare mais les trains ne circulent pas après 23 heures...

Bella estancia en la bella Roma

Pros: Estaba todo nuevo y bien cuidado, la camada súper cómoda y los hostess muy atentos

Cons: Por poner un “pero” , un microondas no le vendría mal y estábamos pegados a las vías del tren pero tenía bastante buena insonorización

Pros: Great location (bus and tram are really close), have everything you need for your stay (kitchen with oven and big fridge).
