Pros: -Beds were comfortable. -The apartment corresponded to the description. -The apartment was clean. -The kitchen had everything we needed. -Good communication with the owner.
Cons: -In the shower wasn't consistent supply of warm water and in the end there wasn't enough for everyone, at the end the water was icy cold. -The vacuum cleaner did not work.

Pros: Entrée autonome à n’importe quelle heure Bien placé 10mn du métro 5 mn des commerces L’hôte est très réactive
Cons: C’est dommage que la 2e salle de bain ne soit pas à l’étage sinon Rien à dire

I highly recommend Luisa, she is professional host and wonderful person
Pros: When we arrived Luisa was waiting for us, I travel a lot and I been dealing with so many hosts in many different countries , Luisa is the best host I have deal with, she is professional, super helpful, polite, good communication (answer our calls and texts right away), I highly recommend her and I will go back again to properties she is managing .. Thank you Luisa for the best service you made our stay much more enjoyable and comfortable.

Pros: Very nice comfortable and spacious apartment. Very easy to communicate with host and it was a pleasure to deal with! When we visit Rome again , will definitely stay again at this apartment! Just keep in mind, the parking is not free, but it’s not very expensive. (City parking)

Pros: Viel Platz, sehr ruhig, 3 Schlafzimmer , 2 Bäder mit Je einer Toilette! Einfache Handhabung der Türen
Cons: Eigentlich gibt’s nichts zu beanstanden! Das Einzige was eventuell erwähnenswert wäre.. das Wasser zum Duschen wurde nur warm.. definitiv nicht heiß -aber das ist Geschmacksache

Gut gelegene Wohnung in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Termini
Pros: Gute Lage, 20 Gehminuten von Termini aus, wichtige Punkte gut erreichbar. Große Zimmer, Bäder eher klein. Sehr gute Sicherheitsvorkehrungen. Sonnige Dachterrasse . Ganz in der Nähe nette und authentische Lokale und Bars für den ersten Caffè. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Verwaltung, Davide ist immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und spricht auch englisch, wenn‘s im Italienischen hakt.
Cons: Bäder im Verhältnis zur tatsächlichen Wohnfläche eher klein, in den Bädern sehr wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten. Warmwasserversorgung schwankend, Heizkörper nur im Bad und dort ohne Funktion. Wärmeversorgung läuft über die Klimaanlage, mag sicherlich nicht jeder (ist daher lediglich eine Feststellung).

Μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα αλλά χρειάζονται βελτιώσεις
Pros: Καινούργιο, μεγάλο και μοντέρνο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο
Cons: Δεν είχε κλιματιστικό στην επάνω κρεβατοκάμαρα και είχε 35-40 βαθμούς στην κυριολεξία, που ήταν αδύνατο να κοιμηθείς.

Bardzo ciekawy apartament w dawnej fabryce makaronu
Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z firmą zarządzającą obiektem. Podziękowania za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Fascynujący budynek, bardzo ciekawy architektonicznie, dawna fabryka makaronów. Duża przestrzeń w środku. Ciekawie zaaranżowany, bardzo duży taras. Wygodne bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Za design duży plus. Dwie łazienki, szczególnie super ta z kolorowymi kafelkami. Plus za płyny do prania.
Cons: Tak naprawdę to 2 sypialnie a nie 3, na pewno nie w okresie letnim, bo 3 sypialnia jest naprawdę jak szklarnia, a wybraliśmy ten obiekt ze względu na 3 sypialnie. Lodówka przesiąknięta nieprzyjemnym zapachem niestety. A w kuchni mrówki, więc odpada trzymanie jakiegokolwiek jedzenia na zewnątrz. Lokalizacja spokojna, ale dookoła mało sklepów, kawałek do centrum, ale to było nam wiadome podczas rezerwacji
