Pros: This stylish apartment is in a stunning building. After a hard day's sightseeing it feels like a lovely calm oasis to return to. Rome is expensive so this works out as a very affordable stay and is very well located - if you don't mind a bit of a walk - for the station as well as the colosseum and old city, as well as the metro. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with a very comfortable bed. There was a generous provision of coffee pods, which is unusual and much appreciated. There were excellent instructions for finding and entering the apartment. Thanks for a wonderful stay Alessandro!

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Pros: Absolutely perfect place to stay for four nights in Rome. Location was great, a little out of the centre (around a 30 min walk to the colosseum) so not too touristy and with excellent nearby restaurants. The apartment was lovely, great air con and really comfortable. The host met us there, was helpful and communicative. We would stay here again and will recommend to any friends going to Rome.

Pros: Good location, great interior and such a beautiful exterior. Boranic hallway is amazing! Only 20 minutes from Colosseum.

Pros: Great accommodation. The owner was very helpful, We arrived late, the owner was waiting for us. The apartment clean, nice, very well equipped and in a great location, some 30 mins slow walk.

Pros: I booked it for my parents for 5 nights! They felt super comfortable in this apartment. Location is nice and close to the city centre. Other than that everything that listed in the description is true:) we would really like to come again one day. The landlord is super responsible and kind!

Great apartment, very good position to see all of Rome, with the Rome termini just 20 minutes walk

Pros: Great view of trains going in and out of Rome termini, very quiet and peaceful, very comfortable, very spacious for an apartment, everything you need to self cater. Alessandro was a great host.

Cons: I didn’t like the lift to the ground floor, I would rather walk, but maybe it’s just me.
