We had a great stay in the apartment. Good facilities good area easy to get to

Pros: Lovely unit that was bigger than we expected with a lot of extras like a full kitchen a small couch and quite a large bathroom

Our stay was a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, enhanced by a warm host.

Pros: We absolutely adored staying at the apartment! It was spotless upon our arrival, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen left us wanting for nothing - from the coffee machine to the oven, and all the cutlery in between, everything necessary for a comfortable stay was at hand. The bed was spacious and incredibly comfortable; we're even considering buying the same pillows after such restful nights! The location proved to be conveniently close to Termini, with the neighborhood itself being peaceful with an array of cafes and restaurants to explore. Furthermore, our host was incredibly welcoming and genuinely concerned about our comfort during our stay. We would be delighted to return for another visit.

Pros: Todo perfecto, había detalles que hacen mas grande este apartamento. Ha sido una muy buena experiencia. Muy recomendable y el propietario muy amable y atento en todo momento.

Cons: No hay nada que reseñar.

Pros: Paola è una host professionale, disponibilissima e di una cortesia rara. L'appartamento del Viandante al Pigneto è confortevole e dotato di tutto quello che serve. Lo spazio è organizzato al meglio. La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni di Roma: praticamente sotto casa c'è il tram e a qualche minuto da casa c'è la possibilità di scegliere tra bus e metro. Le indicazioni approntate dallo staff per esplorare i dintorni si sono rivelate utilissime. Un posto in cui voglio ritornare appena possibile.

Pros: En lägenhel som passade oss utmärkt. Det fanns allt vi behövde. Vår värd tog emot oss vid incheckning och visade boendet. Parkering innanför grindar ingick i hyran. Fanns en liten närbutik och bageri strax utanför. Restauranger inom gångavstånd. Spårvagnenen hållplats utanför ingången tog ca 20 minuter till Termini stationen. Därifrån gick stort antal bussar. Enkel betalning på både spårvagn och buss med Tap&Go till en låg kostnad.

Cons: Saknade ett säkerhetsskåp för pass och värdesaker.

ROMA et roma

Pros: Accueil en face à face (enfin pas de boite à clef ou de codes) même si les hôtes ne parlaient qu'italien. Appartement propre et respect de ma demande de deux lits séparés. Produits basiques mis à disposition dans la cuisine (thé, café etc.)

Cons: L'environnement proche est assez lugubre : voies ferrées ou de tram, murs graffités, sdf .... Le descriptif mentionnait un salon qui n'existe pas.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito e luminoso. Posizione buona, parcheggio privato indispensabile.

La verdadera Roma

Pros: Tranvia 14 a Termini y bus delante de la puerta.Instalaciones perfectas y parking seguro.

Cons: Roma tendría que cuidar más el entorno de Porta Magiore, está muy sucio.

Pros: Czysto, apartament dobrze wyposażony nie było większych problemów. W samym budynku dużo serdecznych ludzi. Przystanek dwóch linii tramwajowych 5 i 14 dojazd do Termini. Autobusowy nieczynny. Przed wejściem mała kawiarnia bar i sklepik. Na plus że zlewy w kuchni jak i toalecie nie pozapychane. Moim zdaniem idealny dla dwojga dorosłych i jednego dziecka.

Cons: Mega hałas który nie pozwala otworzyć okna nawet na noc a spanie przy klimatyzatorze jest nie do przyjęcia ze względu na zdrowie. Apartament jest usytuowany przy zajezdni tramwajowej, ruchliwej trasie kolejowej i do tego pod estakadą więc niestety okien nie oteorzysz. W lipcu mega gorąco i duszno wewnątrz ale to akurat oczywistość. Brakowało mi normalnych poduszek i jaśków mniejszych. W łazience niskie ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem ale do przyjęcia. Brakuje zwykłego noża do smarowania, dużego noża do krojenia pieczywa. Najważniejsze to łóżko dostawka które jest dla dziecka nie dla osoby dorosłej. Podczas naszego pobyty był strajk ATAC i w takiej sytuacji ta lojalizacja jest problematyczna ze względu na wszech obecnych bezdomnych co nie daje poczucia bezpieczeństwa. Uważam że jest to apartament dla maksymalnie dwóch osób dorosłych i jedengo dziecka. Ma tylko jeden pokój a zdjęcia dają wrażenie są dwa.
