Appartamento Roma Prefetti Suite

Pros: We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was spacious, large, and clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, very convenient and close to everything. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Pros: We loved it! The location is excellent and it is extremely clean.. I wanted to give it a 10 but it doesn't have a lift and it is on the 3rd floor and the Aircon in the second room is in a corridor and it is not enough

Pros: Fabulous location, large apartment, spotlessly clean. Close to everything yet in a quieter location next to the parliament. We were delayed checking in but communication was good and we were met at the apartment within a few minutes of arriving. The bed was very comfortable and my son used the large sofa bed. Very thankful for the air con! Modern shower room. WiFi signal was a bit hit and miss but we were fine using our data instead. All in all, a really great stay and we can’t wait to return to Rome.

Great Value for Money

Pros: Great location, just in the center close to all public transport and just a few minutes walk to pantheon. There are great cafes and restaurants around. The person who helpe me in the flat was very nice and friendly. The house have all the required materials and facilities. I would definetely stay here again.

Cons: The check out time was very early and there was no place to leave my luggage at least I was not informed on this. The bedroom faces the street so in the morning it is quite noisy, I had ear plugs so not much of a problem. There could have been more coffee capsules. When window is open flies enter the room, but that seemed like a general problem in Rome and they did not bite or anything.

Pros: Excellent location 10mins walk from Piazza di Spagna. Very clean and modern apartment. Super comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Cons: It is top floor with no lift so there are a few flight of steps to go up. Its a traditional building therefore expected.

Pros: Excelent location, really big apartament, good, nice and quickly responding host.

Cons: We had some issues with climatization to warm our room, so it was quite cold, also in the room it's quite laude, so it might be a problem for someone.

Estancia perfecta.

Pros: La ubicación perfecta y zona muy tranquila. Cerca del metro, de los autobuses, de los lugares a visitar, de tienda para comprar comida. El apartamento grande, limpio, muy nuevo todo, cumple a la perfección su objetivo. Armarios perfectos, camas muy buenas, cocina equipada correctamente. Zona wifi que cubre un router y un repetidor para que no falte señal en ninguna parte. Toallas y ropa de cama limpia y perfecta. Calefacción que cubre todo el apartamento.

Cons: En la cocina se echa a faltar un horno microondas para poder calentar platos / líquidos rápidamente. Que la televisión estuviera en el dormitorio principal en lugar del comedor y por último (y no se puede hacer nada al respecto) los tres pisos que hay que subir a pie ya que no hay ascensor (cuando vienes de estar todo el día andando y visitando Roma, subir tanta escalera es el remate del día) pero el descanso en el apartamento lo compensa perfectamente.
