Residenza Zanardelli

Pros: Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We reallly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Pros: The breakfast was really very good and generous. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We were very impressed. The room was very clean and quiet, and in such a good area for walking round a must see area of Rome . There are also so many good places to eat close at hand for other meals.

Cons: The shower was quite small, but was fine for us A bit tight for a larger person maybe. The room wasn't very big but we didn't need it to be as we were out most of the day.

I was very happy to stay here and would choose ir again :)

Pros: My room was very clean and looked like in the photos. Very comfy bed. Easy communication with staff via WhatsApp. Great location.

Cons: Not something I disliked, but an idea for improvement - a shelf in the shower where to put all bottles.

Pros: We loved the location. So very near Piazza Navona! The room (102) was on the first floor (there is a lift ) and faced the main road. Double glazing blocked all street noise. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and fresh clean fluffy towels every day. We could control the A/C and T.V. with lots of local channels. Breakfast was very good and catered for my gluten free diet. Dave was very helpful in every possible way.. thank you Dave so very much for making our stay so very more special !!!!

Walking to all places of interest was a hop, skip and jump away 😉

Pros: Convenient & safe location. Timely response to questions and helpful & accommodating staff Special shoutout to Dave to prepared breakfast items the day before as our departure was 7am the next day.

Great location, awesome staff and super clean

Pros: We really enjoyed the breakfast in room service and found it super easy. The whole experience was great, the stuff were extremely helpful (David your customer service was incredible) with lots of flexibility! We really enjoyed our experience. The location was perfect, safe and you had a taxi rank extremely close to you to get to places like the bigger bus stations and airports! All communication was done by WhatsApp which made things considerably easier. The room was small and we struggled as two girls with big luggage but we made it work.

Pros: A great location near the river, a great base for walking & discovering. Very helpful manager, we arrived early & were able to check in early, always a bonus.

Pros: Wonderful stay at Residenza Zanardelli! The room was spotlessly clean and the location is absolutely perfect. But what truly made the difference was the reception. Dave was incredibly helpful and kind. This is exactly how you want to be treated as a guest. Outstanding service that made us feel truly welcome. We’d happily come back!

Cons: The elevator was a bit scary.

Perfect place to stay in Rome

Pros: Great service since the welcome till the departure. Great location - walking distance from main attractions. Very comfortable with all the amenities we may need in a beautiful building. Good size room with very comfortable bed and amazing linens. Breakfast was a huge surprise. The Reception young gentleman was the perfect host.

Cons: Saying goodbye to the perfect stay in Rome 😃
