Great location, will stay here again

Pros: The room was very clean, the bed was comfy with nice bed linen. Fab shower and plenty of hot water. Our room had a small outside terrace, not very scenic but still nice to have a little outdoor space. It was cleaned daily by a friendly helpful chap. We left our suitcases in the kitchen area once we had checked out which was great as we had a late train and could sight see without dragging them around. It had everything you needed for a short stay in Rome, great location for all the main attractions.

Cons: It is on a busy street with bars & restaurants, we loved it but you could hear it from our room, although it didn’t bother us and we slept just fine.

Everything was perfect!

Pros: Very nice comfortable room just in the heart of the city where you are in the centre of everything. Very nice friendly person June who meets you and does everything to help. It was very pleasant to be hosted in that way.

Cons: I liked everything. It was very clean, nice bed, very spacious bathroom with everything I needed. It was warm, clean and absolutely quiet not withstanding the numerous bars and restaurants outside right opposite the building. I would recommend this place for everyone.

Overall, a great stay and perfect location to stay for exploring Rome!

Pros: The perfect location for exploring Rome! Walking distance to all tourist attractions. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Clean and comfortable, as described. Shower was strong and always provided hot water. Despite being in a busy area, the room was perfectly quiet and private. The complimentary coffee and croissants were a lovely touch.

Cons: The WiFi was poor and unreliable and our 5G data reception was not strong enough in the room. This was disappointing as we usually like to research/plan from the room on a city break. Some variation in the breakfast would have been welcomed, also. The coffee machine was located in the communal kitchen - would have been good to know.

Pros: Location was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and, I would imagine, recently refurbished. Would certainly recommend.

Pros: The prime location made exploring the city effortless. I requested a room with a nice view and was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Perfect

Pros: It’s very new and comfortable with perfect location. Staff was friendly and knew English

Pros: I stayed at the Navona Comfort Room hotel, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff, is incredibly kind and provides excellent service. The hotel is very clean, recently renovated, and extremely comfortable. It’s easy to find, and everything is very close by—any landmark you might want to visit is just a short walk away. It’s a perfect place to relax, and honestly, I can’t add anything more because it’s just that great. The host is also very responsive on WhatsApp, so if you’re considering booking a hotel, this is an ideal choice. It’s a beautiful option!

Next time in Rome we will stay here again. Highly Recommend

Pros: Great location, Room was bigger than expected, very clean and comfortable. Room was cleaned and made up each day. Check in was very easy. Host very accommodating and helpful. Great little restaurants right outside the door. Would happily stay here again

Pros: Everything was great, I really recommend that place and I would definitely return if I ever return to Rome. Amazing location, all sparkling clean and the staff was very helpful.
