Pros: Beautiful spot in Rome near to everything. MyNavona was so attentive including early check in and late check out. Breakfast in our room was amazing

Breakfast in bed and central location.

Pros: Breakfast in bed. How wonderful is that! There is no breakfast area so they serve it in your room. Upon arrival you get to choose salty or sweet breakfast and the time you wish to eat. The room is equipped with everything you wish when traveling: a good bed, slippers, toiletries, enough towels, coffee, thee and water.

Cons: A constant bang came from the street due to two metal plates there. When cars passed the sound of the metal plates resonates between the buildings. The room has double glassed windows so the sound is not extreem when you have them closed. However, it can interfere with your sleep. The hotel suggested using earplugs.

Perfect for a few days spent mostly walking around the city.

Pros: Breakfast delivered to room with coffee every morning at your chosen time was amazing. (Alternative milks available too). Simple room but clean, tidy and spacious. Staff were amazing. Location was perfect. Within 20min walk of everything.

Perfect location, perfect staff!

Pros: This place is a gem! It is really centrally located and the streets are buzzing. But inside there is peace and quiet. Tasteful room and really comfortable beds. New towels ++ are delivered every day. Fantastic breakfast! What a luxury feeling to get that into your room every morning! I can highly recommend this place! Thanks to Lorenza and the other staff!

Pros: The breakfast-in-room was tasty and enough to provide energy for the walking-intense day ahead. The location itself was perfectly in the middle of the city. You could say the Pantheon was our neighbor. The cleanliness was very good. Though we're a bit shy, we did end up liking that every day our room had been cleaned and refilled with cleaned towels.

Pros: The people who run the place are so friendly and super helpful, the rooms are well-decorated and exceptionally clean, the location is genuinely unbeatable. Nothing quite like having Piazza Navona steps away from your doorstep. That mattress was COMFORTABLE! Those are my personal most important criteria. Other things... Yummy breakfasts are gorgeously presented. The soaps and lotions are really lovely quality products. Teas, coffees, coffee machine and kettle are always a bonus (as were the biscuits they gave us). The building is easy to access with keys. Shower is extremely straightforward to use. Just making a note since I sometimes travel with my elderly parents who have mobility issues. There are a few stairs required for lift access - very few - I know they wouldn't trouble my parents but it's always good to know! Honestly, this place looked perfect online and was even better than I had hoped. It felt like being in a home.

Cons: That I couldn't stay longer. It's going to be the first place I check availability for next time I'm in Rome.
